Sorry, been avoiding the board since they changed it ... again. Blah - don't like the new format, I want to go back a few formats lol

Anyway, nope, didn't come down. In fact, the night before my 30th birthday (which was the 5th), he decided that he's too busy for a relationship right now. Then we were kind of talking again, and he's going on and on about how much he likes Holly and me, how much he wants to belong to us, how much he wants to be with us, all of the things he wants to do with us (both sexual and non-sexual) ... and then says that he might never be relocatable ... that went over like a pile of shit with me, of course. So we argued and we haven't talked since - and he's been on the other personals site (where we picked him up from) and changed his profile from submissive to switch ... *shrugs* his freakin loss at this point. I'm not even upset about it anymore.

Been talking to a few other guys too, but they all seem to be too chicken to remain in contact.

I hope that you (and everyone else) are having a happy new year so far, Karen. Ours is ok so far ... we'll just have to see what the new year brings.
 
LOL, I haven't even looked outside yet today - although we did get about an inch and a half of snow last night while we were out.

I'm not sure how many inches we are up to. It looks like six at the moment. It's a soft steady falling, not that wild stuff we had a week or so ago. That was just wicked. lol
 
It's kind of snowing now - I think we might be up to 2 inches ... and I'm happy with it staying that way. Of course, it could just be that all the snow is blowing away and drifting up someplace else - small, light, dry snowflakes and wind don't really mix to cause accumulation around here (no windbreaks).
 
I don't know about anyone else, but since this cold hit, I've been huddling under blankets most of the time ... I'll be glad when summer comes around and we can plant some trees for a windbreak and work on our insulation (which is seriously lacking ... something that we really didn't notice the last two years ...)
