The Dems will probably lose some seats, but not overwhelmingly. While the Dems punch themselves out, the Pubs are barely in the fight. They could get a conclusive knockout and win more seats by doing something. Anything. Pass the SAVE Act. Eject McConnell and put a new senator in his seat. Anything they ever promised but somehow haven't got around to doing while they hold majorities in both houses.
