When I was fitness tracking I used to count sex under "exercise." :D It burns calories.

I notice I make steady loss with daily orgasm, and only maintain with weekend only orgasms. I need minimum one a day for weight loss :)

Hah! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) Maybe I need to switch my workout routine to include an orgasm a day. And now that you mention this, I was considerably smaller when I was more consistent with such things.

:serious consideration: (*_*)

When I first started to use a fitness tracker, they specifically had sex as one option under exercise. When I last used it, they no longer did. I used to log it in as "wrestling" then. :D

I haven't used the service in years, though, so I have no idea what the situation is now.

I think my tracker also has sex listed. If it didn't I put it in myself, I don't remember what I called it though.

Taking far's 400 cal orgasm, think of a lb of weight loss being 3500 needing burning ( or deficit eating).

400 seems excessive. 30 minutes of sex burns around 150 and the orgasm itself burns probably less. But it stills counts and orgasms are quite good for your health because it improves other areas so I imagine the emotional wellbeing impact and the boosted energy is good for you all around. :)

I think that 150 accounts for certain acts but could be more or less with different activities and positions.

I had like... 10 nonstop. NO sex. Just orgasm.
Good Lord.

:) I'm all for passive exercise (cleaning, cooking, gardening and similar tasks) and I'm even more for it if it feels physically good. ;) Who wants to do a biggest loser challenge? :D :p

I keed, I keed... (^-^)(¬_¬) or am I?

I will!!!
I'm in one at work. Just started last week!!!

With so much confusion with the math and wondering if 'my Fitbit is accurate', I have decided to become a personal trainer specializing in sexual exercise coaching/monitoring/tracking. I'm expecting it to be a really beautiful and biggly success...and to think, before today I didn't even know what a Fitbit was! How can some people say Lit is a waste of time when it has just secured my financial future!

I doubt I'd be biggest loser but I am happy to go for regular orgasms. Part of my yoga homework this week is no edging it rather full complete orgasms daily.

Your yoga instructor gives you orgasm homework? o_O;;

I actually wouldn't be the biggest loser either. I have improvements to make but dropping large amounts of weight would be unhealthy for me.

My cats have taken to climbing the radiator by my bed in an effort to reach the high window ledge. All night long.
Claws on radiator is far worse than nails on a chalkboard.
*yawn*
