I read something several years ago that said you cannot catch up on sleep. You can bank it for future use, but you cannot catch it up.

I didn't report it for that very same reason, just recoiled after realizing what I was reading, then merely avoided it. I sometimes have a hard time remembering MYIYY but I try.
