Denny Crane: You should re-train for a half or a full, regardless of whether you have company through the race. While I have trained with people, I have never run a race alongside anyone I knew, yet I have always had a blast. You/I usually end up running with a group that just forms organically, and then you can shoot the shit with those people. They are great motivation, too, and you learn a lot about other races from them. If I had just stuck to the running partner with whom I was supposed to run my first half, I would never have gone (similar story to you) yet even before I crossed the start line, the ladies standing near me had already talked me into a full 26.2! Otherwise, the marathon was ... horrible. The first two were great, but I was ill for the end of my training, so I was not up to speed (no pun intended) for the race. Moreover, I drove home right after the run and stayed seated, which is really bad for the muscles and joints. I was in a lot of pain that I almost never experience when I train properly and practice good post-race form (standing and walking). Obviously I am not deterred from running more races.

Well...my foray into running taught me one thing: I'm really not built to be a runner. I could never really get faster than a 7 minute/mile pace. No matter what, I topped out there. So...I went back to my weight room, to which I'm better suited. :)

I was wondering how long have you been drinking Scotch? I myself am a bourbon fan and prefer a Makers Mark and Ginger or Makers and Water

Welcome back :) I still can remember your "Butt Naked" pictures from some time ago. They made my cock so hard  Wish could see more of those

billrichards41:I do love some biking, too! That one is more sustainable, too. How are the bike paths in your area? Ours, for being such a small place, are great. Thank you R.A.G.B.R.A.I.!

juan tractor: That just reminded me of when I last ordered a Brandy Alexander, haha! Half of my family is from Wisconsin, so that skit was so true! Thanks for making my afternoon.

stunningly gorgeous

Yay midwest! I miss it more when the sun is beating down on me like it is now in Texas!

Mmmm

"Sex on a stick" as my ex used to say. She would love you and your taste in cocktails. Of course we shared most of the same tastes.

seasider: I'm not very good with the art of strip-tease, but I'm willing to give it another go or two. There are so many things in my wardrobe that never would see the light of day otherwise :(

Now that surprises me, given the elegant way you disrobe and pose in your pics (especially the latest set!) Maybe practice makes perfect;)

I knew this new set of pics would be good, but they've exceeded my expectations.

I love this one- just stunningly beautiful

Depends how adventurous you are. Some streets have bike lanes, Central park is a big loop and then you can ride up into the more rural areas.
Less so the path thing and more the road thing.
But don't fret, you will get exercised!
I must say, your undergarments are titillating! Knowing you have something exciting on underneath your clothes is the greatest build up for me :cattail:
the thought that I can unwrap my present at some point builds such great anticipation... and you seem to know how to package it :heart::rose:

Denny Crane: Not faster than a seven minute mile? I WISH I had that problem. I'm like a turtle, sloooow and steady. My miles are usually between ten and eleven minutes each, although I have not tested my one - three mile run speed in a few years.

thedig: I've been drinking Scotch for about two years. I love single malt from Islay when I mix for Rusty Nails or Manhattans, and Highland when I drink neat. As far as Bourbon is concerned, 1792 is at/near the top of my list. I love shaving some fresh ginger, muddling it, mixing with Bourbon, and topping off with some Reeds Ginger Soda. Delish! Plus, it's really fresh. If I'm not mistaken, I've added a sprig of mint to it before.

ozrod: The Iowa State Fair sells many a food on a stick, but unfortunately sex is not one of those things. I do like that phrase, though. I believe I should borrow it and add it to my cache, if you don't mind.

seasider: I usually ind that whenever I give I strip tease, straps get caught on other straps, my ankles roll so I look wobbly, joints crack :(, or things otherwise just go wrong. Practice will make perfect? But thank you! I enjoyed this set a lot more than I expected to!

billrichards41: Places where there are bike lanes are awesome! When I biked through New Hampshire, people were so anti-biker! People hated cyclists on the road... I love it when cities accommodate for fitness and active lifestyles ;)

In response to your above post: Bicycles are the only way to get around! I've always refused to buy a car... Also, your photos are simply unbelievable love all that I've been fortunate enough to see!

Yeow! GREAT pose :D

Do you take the pics yourself, or is there a lucky photographer?

Well...I did the running thing for a couple or three years, and I really pushed it and trained hard for it. I felt by that point, that I should be getting faster, but I carry a lot of muscle, and that's not the best physical setup for a runner. I have this thing where if I'm not getting better at something, and if I can't reach the goals I've set for myself, I get bored with it and move on.

You'd love Oregon, then. EVERYwhere you go, there are bike lanes. The only time they disappear is when you get back deep into residential areas where cars should be going slow anyway, and even the main roads leading back into those areas have lanes. Actually, when I was doing a lot of running, I loved those bike lanes. It gave me the ability to run down roads I otherwise wouldn't have been able to.

Now that is just lovely... you look like you like to be caressed at times...
I certainly appreciate the lingerie. While it might not be great to bike in there are other things to do around here too

downerbeautiful, you are just bafflingly alluring.

Would love to make you a few of those Manhattans (although as a poor college student all I have handy right now is some Johnny Walker Red)

Here's hoping you stick around for the summer - I could use something to keep me distracted from summer classes.

Love the fishnets!

YES! You're posting again, and holycrap those pics are amazing. Good to see you back, downer!

Dear god. The last picture is amazing. So classy and sexy....Amazing!

LeChatNoir: I didn't realize drinks OTHER than the Manhattan existed, haha! No, I just take my drinks from the stuff our parents and grandparents drank (although my parents are old enough to be both ). Anyway, I believe the order goes: Scotch Manhattan, Scotch, Manhattan, Gin Rickey, Singapore Sling (like any bar stocks the ingredients for that ), and the Rusty Nail. Chasers are taboo, and mixers should be club soda or other liquors, especially bitters. Every drink should sport bitters.

You have excellent taste in drinks, I must say. There's a lovely bottle of blood-orange bitters in my fridge at the moment, and it makes for quite wonderful Manhattans, as well as Mamie Taylors (rye, bitters, lime juice, ginger ale). Our grandparents had some pretty good ideas when it came to cocktail hour, no doubt about it. If you haven't tried rye, or haven't tried it in a while, I do recommend it - makes great Manhattans, for example, and Iowa produces Templeton Rye, which is an excellent example of the style.

All that aside, of course, your most recent picture is absolutely delicious.
