I can understand this fear, but it's not such a hard limit for me as for you. I read on another site about a sub who had the same fear & so had to hold a ver small bit in her mouth, but there were no straps attached & she could spit it out if she needed. The challenge was for her to hold it in while her Master used her & try to refrain from spitting it out.

Imagine the will power that went into not only keeping something in her mouth when she was pushed to her limit, but also knowing that as much as she wanted to open her mouth & moan or scream, once she did it would fall out & she would be punished. I don't know if I'd want to keep it in & be rewarded or be a brat and spit it out of my own accord to intice punishment!

Personally i don't like ball gags. I haven't had much experience but it's perhaps my vanity and I don't like the look of my mouth with a strap around my head. I was order to put my wet panties in my mouth once and OMG!!!

*nods* I have an irrational fear of being gagged. It doesn't have anything to do with restricted breathing for me though..I love breath play. Having my mouth and nose covered doesn't bother me. I like the whiffle ball type of gag, too. It's similar to the ring gag in that you can still hear whimpers and screams...and drool is always a plus.
