Jedi *accual forum

Adray shrugged. He hadn't really had a childhood, as he was trained from a young age in martial arts and combat. However, he wasn't forced to leave his parents. His mother was a Kunoichi, and his father a ninja. He had learned a lot, but he was still barely out of his father's shadow. In retrospect, he supposed, his father's shadow was gone, but....

"I was raised by a Shinobi family, a family of ninja. By family, I refer to my entire clan, a village of several hundred. My father was a great man, and sometimes I wonder if I can ever live up to his name." He sighed, and sank back against the landing struts of the ship.

She stared at the ground.. He had atleast had a family.. She had never met her parents..

"What is it like? I mean, to have a family.."

Adray grinned. He had had a long, extremely studious childhood, filled mostly with learning to fight, and learning to kill. He sighed, and looked at her. He smiled weakly, and described his childhood, and his family, painting a picture that made her upbringing as a Jedi seem like heaven. When he finished, he looked at her, and grinned, seeing her laugh.

Niomi waited with Ebaree and Erika. Turning to Ebaree "there is something strange about her she..she..read my mind" Niomi whispered. "So what brings you here" now turning casually to Erika. "whats your name" maybe I can get some info on this girl she looks like an out of towner never seen her... thought Niomi. "so whats your friend sounds like SiRen doing in there" then noticing the soldier walking down the street "is that a storm trooper Ebaree?". Thats when she felt it the feeling of her rival. I'm gonna find her and when I DO
thats when the stormtrooper reached them..

P.S. I wanna find some way so we can all team up even if your imperial.

She felt sorry for assuming he'd had the better childhood and decided to ask him more questions..

"Tell me about these Shi-no-bi.. What is their purpose in your society? Oh and feel free to ask me anything about the order.. It is only fair to do so.."

"there is something strange about her she..she..read my mind"

Ebaree narrowed her eyes a little and stood closer to Niomi. A mind reader? Have to be very careful around her then. Sure, what she'd said so far had been the truth, but Ebaree didn't really want someone else rummaging around in her head, even if it was a somewhat attractive female. Not as attractive as Niomi though

"is that a storm trooper Ebaree?"

Ebaree glanced down the street. She was almost certain that it was a Storm Trooper that had been spotted standing outside a building and watching the locals.

"Erm, I don't mean to be rude or anything, but could we, like, relocate? The plastic-boys give me the creeps"

Erika shrugged, studying the young woman, her senses alert, and her hands not leaving the gloves. She was not sure she could trust either of them, but intended to make certain she wasn't the one who started trouble. She saw SiRen duck into the Cantina after a man in a uniform, and figured he was after information, so she decided to do the same thing.

"Erika. I'm here to pick up parts to repair the Dreadnaught we caught a ride with. We hope to have our own ship repaired in payment. And he's probably trying to gather intel." She gave short, noncommital answers, intending to conceal as much as possible, thankful her telepathic abilities protected her from any mind probing.

Adray thought for a moment, then smiled. He told her about some 2000 years of history, describing in detail the things a shinobi must learn, and even telling her the meaning of the word. When he was done, he started telling her about what they do.

"Essentially, a Shinobi is many things. Assassin, bodyguard, we even do odd jobs, like find lost pets."

This was all very interesting to her.. She proceeded to tell him the history of the jedi order and the code they lived by. There was not a story or part she did not miss. He looked at her strangely as she mentioned the part about being emotionally detached from people and things and how it was supposed to bring you closer to the force.. Her eyes seemed to light up as she mentioned her favorite jedi of the old republic that they discussed in class and she had studied in books.. It was Jedi master Shaak Ti who was said to be as beautiful as a flower but deadly as a viper.. At the end of her speaking she looked kind of sad..

"Sometimes I wonder if I should have regrets.."

"Sometimes I wonder if I should have regrets.."

Adray thought carefully about how to phrase his response. He himself believed that a life lived without emotion is not a life lived at all. Though SiRen would say something like "we live the way we are meant to".

"I personally feel that in order to truely be one with the life around you, one must be in touch with the emotional states of that life. To deny your own emotions is to give in to a cycle of decay, of atrophy. Eventually, you become so jaded and blind to emotion that you act as a robot, and you lose touch with reality."

His words seemed true.. Even jedi master luke skywalker took a wife and gave his heart to another, yet it did not affect his status or connection to the force.. Perhaps she was indeed looking at things all wrong.. By feeling emotion, would she truly lose her focus?

"The emotion most people talk about is love, yet I do not know this feeling. I never even knew my own mother.. I was given to the school as an offering. I do not even know what planet I come from.. Perhaps there is something I am missing.."

Niomi

"Hey wait up cmon Ebaree" Niomi pulled Ebaree back into the cantina. Approaching the man in the uniform she saw it was also imperial. "What do you want" she asked him in a threatning voice.

Adray smiled, and then looked at the desert again. He himself had only seen the ocean once, and the forest often. He had been studying the way she looked, and had determined that she might have come from a world that was much like his own. He had also figured that by her slight naivete, she had never been raised in a big city. He could have told her that, but he figured it would be better to show her landscapes until she actually saw something she recognized.

"Children have memories, even from their earliest. Sometimes those memories can be brought out by a trigger, such as an image that they recognize. If you want, I could search your datanets for such images."

Erika followed Niomi and Ebaree, and saw SiRen speaking with the officer. When the young woman threatened the officer, she stepped forward, and stepped between them, holding her claws up, one hand pointing at each of them.

"Waaaaa!" Ebaree intoned more out of shock than anything else as Niomi dragged her bodily back into the canteena. Of course, that was not too hard as Ebaree was small and light in comparison to the Jedi weapon master. Skidding to a halt, she managed to keep her footing as she stood with Niomi, looking at the Imperial officer, and the male from earlier. Ebaree looked distastefully at the Imperial, remembering her people's enforced slavery under their rule

"Listen I don't mind you being around but this guy can meen trouble" she pulled out her lighsaber. "Also this THING that makes light can be trouble and I on't want to use it on you" she relaxed a little with her lighsaber at her side. "Now SIR if you would please tell me what your doing here" if the girl could really read minds she said she was sorry...

Erika was looking at SiRen, seemingly ignoring them, but at the drawing of her lightsaber, she squeezed the talon controls gently, igniting the laser emitters, and moved like lightning, flipping the Jedi onto the floor and sending her lightsaber flying into a wall. The only marks from the claws were a thin set of burnt gashes through the Jedi's robes. She turned to face her and rolled her head, stretching.

"I assure you, this body isn't just for looks. I can, and WILL kill if I have to. Now, then, I just happened to pick up SiRen's message earlier, telling the Jedi Shiara that this Imperial was sent as a liaison with the intention of making peace. Whether or not that is true, you will not draw your weapon against him unless I take action against him, understood?"

Ebaree had stepped backward, and had swiftly drawn both of her blaster pistols, one aimed at Erika, the other at SiRen. Her facial featured had melted into an almost feral snarl. "Ok missy! Back up right now or someone's gonna get some new ventilation installed, you get me?"

SiRen sighed, another strangely human gesture he had picked up. He stood up slowly, and a section of his body armor slid open, revealing a glowing green section. He had been built with a full complement of internal weaponry, including a stun pulse weapon. He didn't even bother drawing the rifle off of his shoulder.

Erika raised an eyebrow, seeing SiRen get involved, and knew trouble was in the works. SiRen could move faster than even she could, and his Stasis Beam system could render any organic creature unconscious with one blast. She made a silent prayer to her makers that he didn't decide to unleash anything heavier, such as the semiautomatic Burst Rockets weapon system. That particular weapon system would cause a lot of damage in the enclosed space. She turned to the small creature, and looked into her eyes, touching her mind with a mental message.

"We can fight, and you can die...or we can all get along, and maybe find out what this man is here for. Which do you prefer?" As if to emphasize her point, she shrugged her hands out of the gloves, and closed her eyes, before holding her hand up towards a bottle on the rack, and vaporizing its contents with a fireball so precise not one of the other bottles or even the mirror behind them had so much as a scorch mark.

"I'm not quite sure if I want to know where I came from... It would probably fuel more feelings of regret, that would prevent from being content with what I have at the moment.. Still I have always wondered what it is like to be cared for or to care for someone else.. It is something all societies seem to idealize.."

She thought for a moment.. In the back of her mind she saw something.. It was an purple insect landing on a flower and she was chasing after it.. It soon flew out of her reach and she remembered crying. A pair of arms picked her up and she was no longer sad.. What was this memory?

Shiara spoke these words, but even as she did, her mind seemed to wander, which made Adray wonder if the conversation had triggered any such memories. He watched her quietly, then raised an eyebrow, listening to the chatter on his headset. He shook his head slowly, and touched the stud again, after hearing an explosion.

"Erika, stand down... SiRen, you too. You're not there to bust heads, you're there to get parts, parts which we need soon, as a sandstorm is coming our way."

Ebaree stood her ground, her blaster pistols not moving from where they were aimed at. Silently she wished she could grasp pistols with her feet too because she wouldn't mind aiming a third pistol at the imerial officer right now. The woman sent a thaught pulse into Ebaree's mind, resulting in a low growl emerging from her throaght.

"Everything's gonna be fine so long as you don't try anything with my friend here. And PLEASE stay out of my head! It's not something that's endeering"

At length, Ebaree holstered one of her pistols, but kept the other one raised and ready

"Erika, stand down... SiRen, you too. You're not there to bust heads, you're there to get parts, parts which we need soon, as a sandstorm is coming our way."

She quickly snapped out of her daze, and looked at Adray..

"If there is a sandstorm coming, we should get inside.."

She heard more noises coming from his headset.

"What in the world is going on over there?" She said as she began making her way inside...

Erika nodded slowly, and lowered her hand, motioning to SiRen, who relaxed, the chest plate closing up again. SiRen bowed in apology, then sat back down. He was glad in a way that things had been resolved semi-peacefully. He then realized it was improper to just sit there while someone was on the floor, let alone a lady, and held out his hand to the young Jedi.

Erika started to head back out to the hoversled, to tie it down. On her way out, she looked at Ebaree, and smiled softly.

"I apologize. I saw no other way to prevent unnecessary bloodshed."

Adray nodded, and got up, following her into the ship, and closed the hatch, hoping the others could get here before the sandstorm, or had the sense to stay inside the Atlantis.

"You little bitch" she said under her words. "I am a jedi weapon master AN ELITE I am also the last...I have been taught only to strike if I am struck first but with a body like yours I don't wanna kill" putting down her lighsaber she used her force rage. "YOU DARE INSULT ME" and hit her in the face. She ran towards her then kicked her right in the jaw. "DOn't fucking try me Ebaree fire if you want. and again YOU DON"T INSULT A WEAPON MASTER" Then she saw Her....

p.s. lol I don't know how we gonna make fighting fair

Ebaree shrugged as she kept her pistol raised and ready to fire, and rushed over to Niomi now that no-one was holding a weapon nearby. Of course, SiRen seemed to *be* a weapon, but right now he was closed up so everything was alright. Giving his leg a quick shove, Ebaree picked up his distinct scent through her fur - damn thing was a droid! Of course, with the way he had "opened up" earleir, it was less of a supprise. Still, a short range blast with her reflexes could probably do some damage...

She wispered to Niomi. "C'mon Niomi. Let's keep the violence to a minimum. Please? I'm no Jedi, y'know."

Erika sidestepped most of the attacks, then caught the Jedi's fist, and looked her in the eyes. Her own were a gold color, which offset her tan, even as she moved like a dancer, twirling her around and finally ending up behind her. SiRen stood up slowly, and picked up both of them, glad he had psionically treated armor, and pulled them away from each other. He looked at them both, and was very much considering slamming their heads together and knocking them out.

"We have orders. Whether or not you are insulted plays no part in them. I say, quit while you're ahead, before you lose yours. Besides, you're too pretty to turn into a killer." He then dropped her in a chair, and carried Erika out to the hover sled under one arm, even though she was struggling.
