they think i attacked with a sword, which they are calling a dangerous weapon....in reality, it was a REPLICA of a sword i was holding in my hand while standing as far away from the officer as politely possible (in a sheath)

nope...falseedged...it was made to look sharp, but couldn't cut butter. it was also made of stainless steel, which couldn't possibly have penetrated his body armor, yet he claims he could tell just by looking at it that his body armor wouldn't have stopped it, but never bothered to examine it

Oh hi! Back! You should have been in my old neigborhood.. I carried around a full-length unsharpened katana on my back sometimes and nobody noticed... I mean I walked by a police officer and he said nothing.. Cops are such idiots sometimes.. Plus if I wanted to take down a police officer my weapon of choice would be a flexible chained weapon because it causes great distraction and misdirection... Yeah...
