Joe is running.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, who has been critical of President Donald Trump's immigration policies, previously expressed similar views, saying a barrier at the southern border was needed to stop "tons" of drugs from coming into the United States.

Speaking to a South Carolina rotary club in November 2006, then-Sen. Joe Biden (D., Del.) touted his support for the Secure Fence Act, a bill that authorized "700 miles of double-layered fence on the border through more than a billion dollars in appropriations," CNN reported Friday. Biden made the comments in the run-up to his failed presidential bid in 2008.

"Folks, I voted for a fence, I voted, unlike most Democrats—and some of you won't like it—I voted for 700 miles of fence," Biden told the group....​

Remember Robert Gates former SecDef wrote in his book that Biden was wrong on every national security issue over 40 years.

Remember Joe is the guy who had to quit a presidential campaign because he plagiarized and claimed for his own a speech written by the British Labour Party Neil Kinnock. This is guy has been a loser from day one.
 
Let’s see - there are - what - two dozen or so people running against Trump. I’m sure everyone of them thinks they can beat Trump. They all can’t beat him to be president. That sounds like the deck is stacked against Trump, but he only has to beat one of them. They have to beat out the rest of the pack first before they even get to Trump. Biden is the front runner. If he’s the best the Democrats can put up against Trump, then it’s game over. 2020 belongs to Trump hands down.

In my never humble opinion, the party bosses have decided it's Joe's turn. The primaries are just an audition for cabinet positions.
 
... or to see which one is ready to be Veep, so old Joe will not get Trumped by any but the truly desperate.
