Oh I like most animals, I am mostly partial to cats as they are self sufficient. Plus when (if) I work, I'm gone a lot so having a dog would be unfair to the dog.

Importing went smooth. Lots of paperwork, sure. Had to have all his needles up to date, and an RFID chip put in. However, there was no real quarantine. I had to arrange for a local vet hospital to collect him from the airport on arrival where they took him to give him a check up and I picked up about an hour after I landed. So pretty smooth actually.
