She is kind of a nuisance, isn't she? A real fly in the ointment. Of course, not many countermeasures can keep something like The Rider on its back foot, so Zee must be a crucial part of The Titans' strategy.

Being able to reverse-Dial Ruby is just bonus, keep that wild card off the table.

I was thinking Rae could slap a patch of soulselfstuff over her mouth, but whatever works!

From a character standpoint, it may behoove heroes to not want to do overmuch damage to people who aren't in their right mind, especially any permanent or debilitating damage. That speaks to the inherent conflict of fighting heroes who are being mind-controlled.

However, in the heat of the moment, one could well be forgiven for doing what it takes to end a conflict quickly and efficiently.

In particular, ruffian Jo doesn't know these people from Adam.

I leave it up to the individual writers and their sense of their characters' conscience, but I encourage you to portray the conflict realistically.

On another note, please remember to not assume that your blows connect. It's part of the honor system of combat in my threads that we leave it up to the other writer as to whether hits land, though again writers are encouraged to keep within their characters' level of power and ability, and what is dramatically appropriate.

Aussie, you don't have to edit your post at all because Connor's level of skill and ability has precedent for being able to sneak and hits on unwary opponents. But Aztek is also a formidable warrior trained from birth to be The Ultimate Man in a fight against an incomprehensible dark god, so his abilities should not be immediately dismissed. I have a pretty good rationale for how car would be able to hit Aztek, and I have the reply post mostly written in my head, so again you don't need to change anything.

That said, if you discuss with and get permission for results of an attack from the other writer beforehand, then you are good to go. Open communication is important!

Yes, the plan is to get M'Onel from the outer-space future of Earth-11.

Believe it or not, like The TARDIS from "Doctor Who," you can open the doors of the shift-ship to a hazardous environment like outer space, under water, or Bleedspace, and a protective field will prevent that environment from affecting those inside.

Explosive decompression won't blow you out into space, for instance. But if you wanted to, you could step out into it.

Although from the way he spoke, either, both, or all three individuals (other than him) in the room could be having it directed at them.

Stink eye.. yes and no. More.. irritated that Doctor Jamie has endangered her own life to heal him. As kyle does not know ho9w she did what she did, and she wasn't using pills or medications, then she had to be using the power of her own life energy to save Blue. which may jeopardize Doc Jamies life.

Hopefully we'll get a word-in-edgewise spot soon so that The Doctor can actually explain what her powers are... and why she can't use them with impunity, but with good reason.

I always thought that. I mean technically, Velocity's, Silver Bullet's and Flash's (Kid Flash?) fight could be over before the others have even really made a move. LOL

Or being cheeky they could ignore each other, take out everyone else and then fight each other. Of course that would make everything extremely boring.

But hopefully I've illustrated that it wouldn't be that simple, based on Velocity's attempts to reposition certain projectiles. :: wink ::

And in my head, I was thinking... there's enough stretches of running around in between actual swings and hits amongst the speedsters that it'll balance out to the same amount of time in, well, the long run.

In one, The Rider reverts to Danni, somehow insulating her from the holy water, and Danni goes in for an old-fashioned sock to Zee's jaw.

But when Raven wakes up, it sounds like The Rider's still active and vulnerable to the holy water, because Raven shields her and then goes to muffle Zee's speech.

I'm good with either version, but I'm not sure they can coexist. Which do you prefer?

I like the Raven version, personally, but that's just me. I've been excited for her to wake up.

Sorry Chas. What I was actually going for was that Connor was gradually getting better and better at reading his moves and picking up on his fighting style, so he could anticipate what he was going to do, use his own as well as Aztecs to block and then deflect his Attacks.

Actual damaging attacks were not meant, more the little jabs in a fight that gradually wear a fighter down or cause them to make a mistake because they get frustrated.Thankyou for being understanding though. Will try to be more careful in the future.

I have this frame or even cover in my head.

BB on his back, head lolled to his right, right arm palm up next to him, left arm draped over his waist, green blood on his chest and fripping from his mouth. Teen Lantern on her knees, his left shoulder and back resting on her legs as she is obviously devastated by his "death" with Thea coming up from behind, body posture reaching in anger, while the face is shocked, the Titans and League in the background, shocked into a stand still, with a shadowy hand hovering above them.

Sigh...

I think it would have looked super cool.

But that is just my mad mind at work.
