I wanna thank you guys for keeping the dialogue going while I've been bluescreened, even if you had to just tread water without me.

Varshanka, in particular, these last few posts have been some of your best work. I especially enjoyed the last flashback to The Rider's origins as a Spirit of Vengeance, supplanting The Spectre on this Earth.

Exposing Gar to creatures from another plane of existence is something I was hoping to save for later, but you guys did what you had to do to keep things alive, so I'm grateful.

You guys are nutters, but I'm glad to be back in the saddle. ;)

...I think we're just waiting for the folks from the rooftop to join us in the main group.

G.R.I.D. and Renegade jumped down but haven't arrived yet that I can see, and Nightwing is skulking about still.

Maybe you guys could join us as Kiz and Lisa are doing a thing to get Connor more arrows, and other housekeeping is happening?
 
Halfway done with a post, had my own life changing event (in a good way) that I'm recovering from over Thanksgiving Holiday.

When in doubt combine Serenity and Sandman. And yes, give a nod to Stranger Things.

Hope you enjoy it. I had much more exposition going on, but when i started writing didn't seem to fit.

That is a good mash-up indeed.

I do hope we can work that exposition in somewhere else, or post it somewhere as a "deleted scene." Good exposition is a terrible thing to waste, though I agree that it can sometimes impede the momentum of a scene.

I have a few things planned for the epilogue of this chapter.
