I think most of what you said is silly emotional rantings not based in fact, but lets go through them.

1) EO - Obama started the heavy reliance on EO's after Dem control of Congress was lost. Many were reversed. Trump followed the pattern to a degree in his first administration and then Biden redoubled the effort. Trump has been excessive in his use of EO's, I'll agree, but it hasn't risen to the level of obviating checks and balances. On the other hand, the use of national injunctions by lower courts is an abuse as is the widespread use of "lawfare" by the Dems which are a far greater injury to the separation of powers than any EO so far issued.
2) As far as war powers....can you seriously use that argument after Obama's widespread use of drones to execute people he judged to be not worthy all over the world? After the extensive abuses of lawfare by the Dems and the pre-indictment pardon's abuse by Biden, can you make these sort of statements with a straight face? The rulings by the Supreme court have been about law and order rather than willy-nilly emotional responses - as the Constitution requires.
3) The actions of the Supreme court are lawful and haven't been legitimately challenged.

As far as I see, concerns about checks and balances were under greater threat when Biden (or whoever) was President than now. I see thoughtful, considered opinions coming out of the Supreme Court and irrational responses to almost everything coming from the Dems. I see the extensive use of lawfare and the undermining of the judicial branch by the Dems the greatest threat to our nation in it's history.

I specifically wrote that the declining trend leveled out since ALGORE's movie. AlGORE said that the icepack would be gone. It's not. Most of earth's existence has been ice-free even though we're only in a warm-spell in the middle of an ice age. The bigger threat is the end of this brief warm period. Nevertheless, the planet has been warming fairly steadily since the last big freeze and will probably continue to do so even though we've been fairly steady since 2006. Is your suggestion that we put aside cars and planes and go back to walking for travel since horses and oxen fart?

Well, if the wildfires and hurricanes and spread of tropical diseases and that collapsing glacier in Nepal won't convince you, how about this: fossil fuel pollution is bad for your health even if you're a "sceptic" about climate science!

The smoke produced by burning compressed dinosaur bodies (not to mention the smoke produced by the war over oil in the Persian Gulf) is bad for you, especially compared to the smoke that is NOT produced by solar cells or wind turbines.

I thought you folks were all gung-ho on a futuristic high-tech world, not old fogies nostalgic for photochemical smog, strip mining coal and "forever wars"!
