So calling MAGA Nazis, Racist, Fascist, Pedos is not demonizing? What planet do you come from? Members of the GOP celebrating their faith has nothing to do with the separation of church and state. There are millions of Dems that practice their religious beliefs and values.
 
Those of you afflicted with TDS seem to delight in labeling the supporters of President Trump as “deplorables”. OTH, we admirers of the President view you as the “despicables”. FYI despicable is defined by Merriam-Webster dictionary as “deserving to be despised: so worthless or obnoxious as to rouse moral indignation”. Those of you in this thread who cast aspersions on the character and integrity of Karoline Leavitt, arguably the most forceful and successful Presidential Press Secretary of all time, fits that meaning on the money.

This is unconnected to Todd Blanche's decision that all advisors to the president have the same immunity from investigation that the president has.

Does that apply to me if I advise the president to fuck off?

You have a 1st Amendment Right to tell the President to fuck off.

That, however, doesn't give you immunity from the consequences if you improperly do so.

Because no one is above the law.

And of course, since you're you, and stupid as all fuck, THE LAW allows the advisor to the President to speak/advise in confidence and carries all of the immunity inherent in such speech/advice. Blanche's advice in this regard follows Constitutional intent and legal precedent so it's not unusual or even "new."

What's funny is that I'm sure that you'd NEVER say that the law should be ignored so that you could punish or prosecute someone for obeying the law. Right? In fact, I'm sure you wouldn't even infer such a thing obliquely... right?

Because you're all about the idea that no one is above the law, especially those who would misstate or omit the actual law for personal/political advantage or vengeful animas. Right?
