Kathy's safe place

You doing a great job controlling those wild men !
Think Julie Andrews rebelled against playing the "perfect" nanny roles.
I think in late 60s she played a cross dressing male in the film "Victor Victoria".

I love Victor Victoria.. great fuckin movie

I wish I could tell you I don't know what pickle juice tastes like as a mixer. I also know at one point I could find Mikes Hard Lemonade syrup at the grocery store. Like all the booze, all the sugar, maybe 1/3 the water. I used to "rehydrate" it with store brand whiskey or bourbon. For me it was somewhere in there.

Pickle juice.. dude i was amazed at saving the... habanero vodka..

I need to infuse a bunch of vodka again. Sometimes results are awful but I've made good ones, and had better results with super spicy or sour things. My taste buds are probably really just broken but who knows.

Ive tried lots.. but the only ones that have made a good impression qre... grapefruit ... and the pickle..

Right on. I just put Salvation on a tape for someone. Might take me a second to get there but sometimes they remind me how hardcore Mighty Mighty Bosstones could be especially really early.

I lost track of Rancid after 1997 or so. I loved the album right before that one so I have no excuse. Other than being broke I guess. It was awkwardly timed between my shoplifting years and my "I can afford a CD burner" or "YouTube and Napster exist" phases.

I should probably replay 1994 - 1998 or so pretty hard one of these days

I'm positive I would like the grapefruit. The best weed tastes like grapefruit to me. I joke a lot about the pickle flavor because most seem to find the idea disgusting, but tbh I kinda liked it. At least I didn't hate it and liked it enough to try again.
