As to your breasts. Personally I like them the way they are, but if you are going to get them augmented go with the pear shape as opposed to the torpedo. With the pear - hard to tell until up close and personal. Torpedoes are a dead give away.

Again, only my opinion.

You do not need to be enhanced. As you said they are perky and sensitive that is all that is necessary.
