Highly enjoyable, beautiful visually and some great acting. Should have one an Oscar or two for definite.

Wow, they actually showed that on TV. It's a good movie, though it would be much better uncut.

Woody Harrelson was the director, it's informative, but it a bit dry.

Saw The Road in the cinema the other day.

A good film, but by the end I really wanted to kill the kid for being so annoying. Would it have been so difficult for him to refrain from saying "papa" every five seconds like he was an extra from the Waltons or something? Plus the fact that he seems to have the survival instincts of a dodo, despite having grown up in a post-apocalyptic wasteland populated by cannibals.

Was nice to see Omar from The Wire make an appearance though.

Good, well-made and smartly paced post-apoc drama with moments of sharp, biting action. It's gotten mixed reviews, but don't sleep on this, some serious work was put in to it. A few flaws keep it from being exceptionally good the way it wants to be, but Denzel delivers, the production design/overall CGI is on point and the chamber-techno score by Atticus Ross is a haunting, elegiac complement to the whole film. Downloaded that joint as soon as I got home, too. I give it a B.
