Leather and Lace

[JenJ]

Jen stayed curled into herself Katie's words not really pentrating her. She looked straight through Katie. Her entire body shaking with her sobs.

Kallie watched Katie try to get through to Jen.

Juli stepped out into the hall and saw Keri. "Keri get in here Jen is in a bad way."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn grabs Jen's hand and squeezes it, the way Jen had done to her. She just holds it tightly and says "Kristen is going to be so pissed off at you Jen."

Keri hangs her head and her cheeks turn crimson as Juli sees her. She wheels quickly into the chapel, avoiding looking at Juli totally.

Jen stays inside of herself still she feels the hand on hers and the name penetrates her brain yet she can't bring herself out of it just yet. She makes whimpering sounds as she sobs still she had finally broken down.

Kallie watched feeling abit helpless.

Juli eyed Keri a moment.

Katelyn, squeezes the hand harder "Jen, I know it's hard but you have to live for Kristen, carry on her will for her since she can't herself."

Keri wheels up next to Jen "Fight damnit. Jen, fight it. I need your help." Keri still avoids looking at Juli.

 

[JenJ]

Jen eye's did blink open but they looked totally blank she felt her hand being squeezed and heard everyone's words but she just couldn't say anything. Her mind was locked out of itself almost she rocked a bit and whimpered.

Kallie thought a moment. "She is totally breaking down perhaps she needed to do this before she could move on she was holding herself togtether to well before."

Juli looked at Jen. "Her eyes are blank that is not good at all."

Katelyn looks back over her shoulder at Kallie, tears in her eyes.

Keri locks the wheels on the chair and stands, walking unsteadily out of the room and promptly punching the nearest wall.

Jen slowly came back around granted she was still sobbing and crying but her eyes were starting to clear a bit.

Kallie watched Katie a moment. "she'll be okay."

Juli went and grabbed Keri. "You are hurt enough."

Katelyn holds onto Jen's hand tightly, and pulls her up into her arms the best she can, rocking her gently. She looks back up at Kallie "Is Keri going to be okay? Or is she just worried about us not thinking she is tough?" Katelyn kisses the top of Jen's head, her maternal instinct winning over her shyness "shhhhh it's ok Jen."

Jen shivered and cried a bit onto Katie's shoulder still not totally back to herself.

Kallie looked at Katie. "She will be fine she's just upset."

Juli looked at Keri. "What in the world where you thinking."

Katelyn nods and just holds onto Jen, still rocking her gently.

Keri looks back at Juli as she restrains her, her eyes a bit wild and bordering on being out of control. "I'm fine..."

 

[JenJ]

Jen sobbed until she couldn't anymore her eyes quite swollen from all the crying. She snapped back to the present all of a sudden. "What happened to me?"

Juli looked at Keri. "You are out of control and I don't like it."

Katelyn continues to hold Jen quietly.

Keri looks at Juli a bit blankly, avoiding eye contact with her. She tries to pull away from Juli's grasp "If you only knew..."

 

[JenJ]

Jen rocked in Katie's arms quietly. "I broke down didn't I?"

Kallie looked at Jen. "Yes."

Juli looked at Keri. "You went after her."

katelyn smiles at Jen as she rocks her gently "You did, but you needed it. I'm glad you came back."

Keri looks away, still trying to pull away from Juli, but she is very weak and in a tremendous amount of pain. She doesn't say a word in response.

 

[JenJ]

Jen sighed a bit. "I guess so I don't like it though."

Kallie looked at Jen. "You needed it Lil sis."

Juli put Keri back in the wheelchair and wheeled her into the room she put the iv back in her and pushed the buttons.

Katelyn starts to take the blanket off of herself but thinks better of it since she has only the hospital gown, she opens it a bit and wraps Jen up in it the best she can.

Keri sulks in the chair then finally looks up at Juli, her eyes softening a bit as she looks at her swollen knuckles "I'm sorry... and your mad"

Jen leaned into Katie. "Thank you." She shivered again.

Kallie helped both Katie and Jen up and to the room.

Juli took a deep breath. "Yes I'm mad. You put yourself into danger. I can't lose you again I won't make it."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn walks slowly as they head into the room. She hears Juli's voice and stops, putting up an arm to hold Kallie back "I um... I umm.. need some sun."

Keri looks at Juli, hanging her head a bit "How do you know what I did? I had my gun, I'm okay Juli. I've been a cop for quite some time now"

 

[JenJ]

Jen stops hearing the voices and follows them outside.

Kallie helps Katie outside.

Juli looked at Keri. "I know you is how I know. Even though you have your gun you still put yourself in danger. You just had surgery your body is fighting off the toxins from your ruptured appendix. Krystall could have gotten you." She started to tremble.

Katelyn smiles and takes a deep breath of the fresh coastal air.

Keri sighs and stands by the bed where Juli is sitting, she stands there stooped over with pain but very serious. "Don't be scared, i was stupid. You have every right to be mad at me. I was wrong love. Very wrong. Forgive me?"

 

[JenJ]

Jen took in deep breaths herself

kallie stood there quietly.

Juli looked at Keri. "Of course I forgive you but you have to promise me you won't do anything like that again because if you do so help me I'll pull you over my lap and beat you senseless."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn looks up at Kallie and Jen and smiles a bit, not sure of what to say except "I think Keri is in trouble"

Keri takes a deep breath and kneels at Juli's feet "Yes Ma'am, I understand and you have every right."

 

[JenJ]

Jen looked at Katie. "I think she is as well."

Kallie nodded. "Yes indeed."

Juli watched Keri a moment and pulled her up carefuly and setteld her onto the bed. "And I shall Keri believe me I shall."

katelyn looks shocked for a moment "You don't think she......"

Keri sighs softly as Juli helps her onto the bed, she smiles a bit very content in a way because she knows that soon she will be collared. Her body finally starts to relax as she takes comfort in this, she plays with her ring a bit as she waits to see if Juli will say anything.

Jen looked at Katie.

Kallie looked at Katie as well. "I think she did."

Juli smiled at Keri. "Keri do you want to be collared?"
