Katelyn snuggles up against Kallie "I was supposed to be able to come home today but don't know now." she blushes a bit "I missed you"

Keri smiles "thank you love"

Kallie held Katie close. "Yes well you will once the doctor clears it."

Juli squeezes Keri's hand agian. "You are welcome love."

Katelyn snuggles against Kallie warmly.

Keri smiles and squeezes the hand back

 

[JenJ]

Jen settled herself in the church again to say a few prayers for Keri and Katie.

Kallie cuddled Katie close to her. "How are you feeling?"

Juli squeezed Keri's hand again. "I love you my Keri."

Katelyn snuggles up close to Kallie, she pauses for a moment before saying much. "I feel ok, just scared still"

Keri squeezes back the best she can, shivering as she does so. "I love you too, cold though"

Kallie cuddled Katie closer to her. "You are safe know."


Juli pulled a couple blankets up over Keri. "You will be warm soon."

Katelyn looks up at Kallie and smiles a little then snuggles closer to her, just wanting to feel her love.

Keri, closes her eyes and drifts off to sleep, her fever still running a bit high and making her tired.

Jen sobbed quietly in the chapel because her thoughts went to Kristen.

Kallie held onto Katie wanting her to feel safe.

Juli soothed the blankets over Keri and kept her hand in Keri's.

Katelyn turns her head and looks at Kallie, not able to roll onto her side because of her arm. She smiles softly, tears in her eyes.

Keri sleeps soundly, a mixture of pain meds, anesthesia and just general fatigue. She wakes up briefly and looks around then sighs in relief at Juli's hand still being there, once the panic fades she goes back to sleep.

Jen curled up into a little ball in the chapel her grief having gotten to her.


Kallie snuggled Katie close. "Where did Jen get too?"

Juli kept her hand on Keri's soothing over her she knew in an instant something was up with someone else.

Katelyn looks around then sighs "Probably the chapel" She pulls away from Kallie so she can get up.

Keri sighs in her sleep.

 

[JenJ]

Jen sobbed and sobbed curled in her tight little ball.

Kallie slipped from the bed slowly. "I will be right back."

Juli squeezed Keri's hand again.

Katelyn nods and closes her eyes, drifting off to sleep for a bit.

Keri wakes up, and looks at Juli quizically as if saying "What's wrong?"

Jen stayed in her tight little ball crying.

Kallie came into the chapel and sighed a little bit not quite sure what exactly to say.

Juli looked at Keri. "I think it's Jen as you are all right and I'm sure Kallie is with Katie."

Katelyn sleeps fitfully, waking up and checking to see if Kallie is back from time to time.

Keri nods and whispers "wanna go home" as her eyes close

 

[JenJ]

Kallie went up to Jen. "Lil sis come on know."

Jen looked up at Kallie. "I just want to die."

Juli smiled at Keri. "Soon."

Katelyn wakes up again and looks around. She unhooks the drip line from her IV and wraps a blanket around her. She slowly gets out of bed and wanders around till she sees the chapel. She walks in quietly.

Keri smiles at Juli's words and drifts off into a light, fitful sleep.

 

[JenJ]

Kallie wrapped her arms around Jen. "No Kristen wouldn't want that you need to live and have the life Kristen would want you to have."

Juli continued to squeeze Keri's hand.

Katelyn listens to Kallie and moves closer a determined look on her face "No... Kallie needs you too"

Keri opens her eyes and looks at Juli "go... they need you"

 

[JenJ]

Jen looks at Katie and Kallie. "I can't do this."

Kallie gasped and sat Katie down quickly.

Juli came in at about that time. "You can so Jen."

Katelyn looks at Kallie in shock as she sits her down. She shakes her head a bit puzzled then looks at Jen "You have a legacy, you have a wonderful heart and there is someone out there that was made just for you"

Keri closes her eyes for a moment then shuts off the monitors on her. She smooths her hair back and rebraids it, putting the band back around the end of it. She pulls the heplock out of her wrist and shivers in disgust then forces herself out of bed and grabs a wheelchair, wheeling herself to the room and putting on her uniform then reaching behind the empty nurses station and grabbing her gun belt. She grabs a taxi outside and gives the driver directions, telling him to wait for her in front of the ranch. She looks around and sees a light on in the barn. She grins evilly and looks around in the barn, Krystall isn't there. She notices the door to the grain Silo open and knows that elevator is full of grain from several months ago before Krystall decided to give up ranching. She sneaks up to the silo and hits the drop button with a gloved finger causing a couple of tons on grain to come rushing down on top of Krystall then pushes over a rotting tree so that it hits the side of the Silo where the buttons where and making it look like an accident. She makes a quick retreat to the taxi, gasping for breath and crying from pain "There's been a horrible accident, call an ambulance and take me back to the hospital" She laughs in her heart knowing that the ambulance wont be back in time.

 

[JenJ]

Jen looked at the three of them. "No I don't I can't compete anymore school is hard I just want to curl up and die."

Kallie looked at Jen. "You can't give up."

Juli eyed Jen. "If you give up it hurts those who love you."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn sighs "please dont, I'm just starting to know. Sorry I did not talk more."

Keri grins through her tears of pain, quite pleased with herself. Her clothes are soaked with a fever induced sweat and she is shivering but she doesn't care. She plays with her gun quietly as she listens to the call being placed to the dispatcher. She looks at the time on the clock and hopes and prays that he gets her back soon, before Juli notices.

Jen sobbed softly as she pulled away from Kallie and curled up into herself blocking out everything.

Kallie looked at Juli and Katie not knowing what to do.

Juli pondered. "Keri Anne just did something. My guess she isn't in her room."

Katelyn just watches Jen, not knowing what to do. She then leans down and lifts her chin, forcing Jen to look at her. "What if I said I was going to kill myself? I want to die too." She bites her lip hoping this works "Ok, Keri has a knife collection, lets end it at the same time."

Keri gets impatient with the taxi driver "Hurry up please. She gets out her badge and shows it to the driver as if the uniform was not enough. "Now step on it. I'm bleeding." She really wasn't, it was just dried blood but it worked." The cab pulled up to the hospital and she slowly climbed out. She grabs a wheel chair and wheels around the driver window but he waves her on and drives off. She sighs and starts wheeling herself back into the hospital.
