Leather and Lace

Jen smiled at Katie. "Things will be just fine."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn nods and smiles. "You gonna be ok?"

 

[JenJ]

Jen pondered this a moment. "Yes I will be in time."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn nods "Ok, good" She looks around "I wonder if Keri is ok"

 

[JenJ]

Jen smiled a bit. "Keri will be just fine."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn nods and just watches Jen, not sure of what to say, her shyness being a bit too much to make her much of a conversationalist.

 

[JenJ]

Jen watched Katie a moment. "What do you want to eat?"

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn looks up at Jen and thinks for a moment "Ummm... Some fruit please?"

Keri's body continues to try and fight off the poisons that are coursing into her blood stream as the operation starts.

 

[JenJ]

Jen went and got Katie some fruit then returned to her. "Here you go."

Juli stood there and was sending Keri positive energy.

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn smiles at Jen and holds up the plate "Will you eat some too please?"

Keri's body is fighting off the high fever as well as the toxins but she is fighting so hard that there is no way this can take her.

 

[JenJ]

Jen starts to nibble on some of the fruit.


Juli watched things and knew that Keri was fighting this.

Katelyn smiles as she watches Jen, then she herself starts to eat slowly.

Keri's body continues to fight throughout the surgery and after she is stapled up as she fights the toxins.

 

[JenJ]

Jen smiled at Katie and as she continued to eat the fruit.


Juli watched Keri closely afraid if she took her eyes off of Keri she would just disappear.

Katelyn eats her fruit quietly, just not sure what to say at this moment.

Keri's body struggles to come out of the anesthesia, it went under hard due to her lack of rest.

 

[JenJ]

Jen stopped when she felt full.

Juli looked at Keri. "Come on Keri."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn set the plate down and laid her head back, looking up at the ceiling and wishing she knew what to say.

Keri's breathing grows stronger as the anesthesia starts to wear off.

 

[JenJ]

Jen looked at Katelyn. "You don't know what to say do you?"

Juli looked at Keri. "Come back to me Keri."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn turns her head and looks at Jen, her cheeks flushing "Not really.... I guess I am really shy."

Keri's eyes flutter open briefly then close again as tries to wake up

 

[JenJ]

Jen smiled at Katie. "I know I am too."

Juli smiled as Keri's eyes opened then shut. "That's it Keri come back to me."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn smiles a bit "You are?" she looks at her watch wondering when Kallie will be back.

Keri's eyes open again and she gasps, looking around frantically "Juli?"

 

[JenJ]

Jen looked at Katie. "Yes I"m very shy."

Juli watched Keri. "I'm right here."

Kallie came back into the room.

Katelyn just nods, not saying anything else and not yet noticing Kallie.

Keri tries hard to focus on Juli's face but she is too groggy and sleepy "touch me?"

 

[JenJ]

Jen smiled notcing Kallie. "Hi big sis."

Kallie came into the room and went over to Katie giving her a hug and kiss. "Hi lil sis, my Katie."

Juli took a hold of Keri's hand. "It will be okay."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn looks up as she hears Jen, then smiles as she is hugged and kissed, so very glad to see Kallie again.

Keri smiles "thank you love" she shakes her head a bit making sure she is making sense "dont wanna lose you again"

 

[JenJ]

Jen backed out of the room slowly.

Kallie slide into the bed with Katie. "So hopefully you can come home soon."

Juli held onto Keri's hand. "You aren't going to lose me."
