Like, I think it sanded a layer or two of skin off my naughty bits. I ended up giving it to my best friend who loves it. I've been trying to convince my wife to get a hitachi, but she feels it would over power her. I don't push the issue, eventually I may buy one as a surprise and see if she likes it. If not, it's usable as a massaging tool and I have a bad back
