Liberal Double Standards ....

The U.S. Constitution was ratified and became law in 1789. That's over a hundred years before your case.

Someone should be really nice and purchase you a "Kids' Guide to U.S. History". I'm thinking about the 3rd grade level ought to do it for you.

It's STILLTHE FUCKING LAW, Dumbass.

What law? Is there a law on the books that specifically states presumption of innocence or is it just precedence? I'm pretty sure you and the rest of your Nazi/Trump loving crew have already convicted Clinton of crimes Peter Schweizer invented.

Now when Muller's report comes out and it turns out Trump is guilty of treason are you going to be as adamant that the law applies to him?

If he is guilty, then I will absolutely want to see him hang, right on the White House Lawn. And if Hillary is the guilty one? Yeah. Hang her right on the White House lawn. Then call the National Guard to quell the riots. But we ALL know Hillary is a lying, scheming, crooked bitch. And after now 19(?) indictments? They should hang her from a 10 foot pole over a bonfire.

BTW: Is the Constitution NOT law???

In re Winship, 397 U.S. 358 (1970), the U.S. Supreme Court made clear that the presumption of innocence is a constitutional principle which is binding on the states, saying that “the Due Process clause protects the accused against conviction except upon proof beyond reasonable doubt of every fact necessary to constitute the crime charged.”

he is guilty

Yes, he is.

I can read the same Wikipedia articles you can: Although the Constitution of the United States does not cite it explicitly, presumption of innocence is widely held to follow from the 5th, 6th, and 14th amendments. The case of Coffin v. United States (1895) established the presumption of innocence of persons accused of crimes. See also In re Winship.

You're still citing a court opinion. Here do yourself a favor and look through the United States Codes. That ought to keep you busy.

Yeah, Hillary should be impeached!

Yeah, Hillary should be impeached!

1] Hilary is currently without an office. (Hence playing herself on "Murphy Brown" the same way she did on "SNL".)

2] Forgive me for being unable to name/link to my sources, but I saw an interview recently with Trump's mistress.... I mean, daughter... Where she admitted to a very-similar E-mail issue. So hang her, too (unless her spouse & Daddy's "special adviser" runs to volunteer to take her place ala Middle Ages chivalry & all that... Then, hang all Trump men, outside of perhaps harmless Eric).
