I've tried so many times to reply to the post in your thread where you tagged me, but my post just will not post. Super weird, but interesting to see that it's not just me.

To answer that question, though - I really don't know if we are still supposed to be stopping threads after 5000 posts or not. I've asked but haven't gotten an answer yet. There is a thread on the GB well past 5000, so I've been watching to see if Laurel caps that thread.

The Playground has been locked up since sometime after 3:30 PM. You can view what's in it but you can't reply. Very odd.
 
Hmm. I see the bulk of the forums are still down. Any word from on high what the issue is?

EDIT: Upon reviewing the recent posts here, I wanted to assure everyone it's not @LaisDeMarieDeFrance's monkeys run amok; they're only posting on the story side, and that's still working fine. Theoretically, they should provide us with some Shakespeare-level stories at some point. 😋

Still down.

From the looks of things based on recent posts, it seems like the two largest forum (in terms of posts) and their subforums are still hosed. That would be General Board and Literotica Personals, under which Playground lives.

Maybe we'll wake to an operational PG in the morning. Fingers crossed

edit: This worked. The last pic I successfully posted on the General Board was around 2pm central time. Tried again recently with no luck.

While I'm here: Did they add a Dark Mode option for the boards with that recent site upgrade? If yes, how do I access it? The Dark Mode on the Stories section of the site works well, I was hoping the mods would add it to the rest of the site.

Can you imagine if it does keep going and going and if it had been started by someone like Lance?!! 😂 I think it’s Pointless this time, so that’s probably a good thing.

Looks like there's only 2 forum style options under the Style Closer at the bottom of the page. I just run my mobile browser (Brave) in Dark Mode and it works well. Haven't yet tried doing the same on my laptop.

The Author's Hangout is also down, and has been since the Playground dropped. Politics board appears to still be up, as is Fetish, RP and personals.
