Looking for story

The story starts off with a guy getting killed. Potentially senior in high school or college student? It’s never said what age if I remember. Then it cuts to the main character of the story. Main guy gets a mentor, goes to college, starts dating someone who might be considered “out of his league” I think? They love each other but he goes to some frat party she decorated/designed and sees her in one of the school jock’s bedroom as she walks out of the bathroom with her shirt off. He leaves, gets beat up by the jock, and transfers colleges. They reunite years later, the rest of the story is them miscommunicating on basically everything possible, reconciling/dating again at the end, and you find out the guy who died was his mentors younger brother in like the last 2 paragraphs or something.

I remember an incest/taboo story where the brother and sister end up intimate by her tripping and falling on his dick... (yeah pretty much a porno setup). At first they resist it trying to get off, then they decide they like it and become fwb who are doing it all the time. Story progresses where they don't necessarily want to hide it, so they encourage and get their mom to open up while chanting and peer pressure to have sex with uncle.

This is a story i read like in 2010 and then i couldn't find it again.

Sorry, i just didn't want to make a completely separate thread (possibly with identical thread name) when this one seemed serviceable. 'looking for story' is really generic a topic.
