Normally I do not put down the work of another member, but in this case I must tell you a few things.

1. Unless you are trying for an artsy effect your lighting in your room sucks. Move away from the damned window.

2. If you are trying for an artsy effect you're failing miserably. Why? Because in art (unless your last name is Picasso you should at least be able to identify the art subject. All I'm seeing are sillouettes with a hint of boob.

I don't like being so rude here, but I'll check further in the thread and see if you have improved. If you have, please disregard this harsh yet hopefully constructive criticizm.

You are right ... this was rude, something that seems to be relatively rare at Lit. I would encourage you to just pass on quietly in the future rather than be rude in such a uncouth manner.

Mae, I liked your pictures very much, including the sillouettes. I'd say ignore him and post what appeals to you ... and to several others who have followed this thread.

Another Ghost...

Was thikning about this thread this afternoon, and I decided I wanted to do another of the compilation "ghost" pics. SO, I threw this one together, along with a slight color embelishment. Mae, I know they arne't the right ones, you'll have to fly out and scold me I suppose. But I still thikn they look darn good! Then again, with such a divine subject to work from, I doubt they could come out any other way.

Ive come to admire, respect, and adore Mae's amazingly sensual mind and body. Her pictures are dynamic and speak volumes of passion and erotica. She is achieving the artistic and creative usage of photography in the most beautiful and sensual ways. Her photos go above and beyond the norm here at Lit. Porn is porn. Mae is the epitome of erotica. I have not seen anyone surpass her let alone match her.

She is a beautiful soul. Every image she so boldly shares with us is full of grace and class. Mae leaves us with desire and feeds our minds with tasteful, stunning and breath taking pictures.

If someone (steelcock) can not see the outstanding and extraordinary woman and photography while viewing ANY of Mae's pictures then I must say I pity them. It was very distasteful and arrogant of you to post what you did in the manner that you did it in. Luckily Mae is above you and knows that those silouettes are so damn hot and extremely amazing. I suggest that you take lessons in netiquette. Rudeness leaves a bad taste in ones mouth. Arrogance is very unbecoming. Your need to be "constructive" could have been much more effective if you chose your words a bit more wisely. And would have been better if it was handled through private messages.

We love Mae the way she is and no one can deny her exquisite beauty.

I absolutely agree with you Jewelz. Mae is gorgeous, both inside and out, and her pictures are absolutely stunning. They're artistic and erotic on every level. It's her way of expressing herself, and nobody can say if that way is 'right' or 'wrong'.

It's not that I don't like the pictures other people post here at all, and there are a lot of great talents out there. But I just have a weakness for Mae's pictures.

I am terribly sorry, I do need to apologize...I thought Southern men knew the art of being gentlemenly! Forgive me for overlooking you in that assumption. Ya see, I don't shoot my pics to please you and your sense of what good is. I don't shoot for anyone in particular. I do this for my own reasons, to the set of my own Muse. If you had noticed anything else I have done, you would realize I enjoy playing with light and shadow especially. I don't particularly give a rat's ass if you "approve" of my work. There is plenty of variety here at Lit, the work of many lovely ladies; I'm sure you can find what you're looking for elsewhere and will have no need to view my 'unartistic' attempts again.

Oh, there's this handy thing called a brightness setting, and it can be adjusted! On my screen, I have no problem distinguishing body parts in my pictures. And my breasts are actually where they belong, much to Picasso's dismay! However, contrast shots can get muddled for some people, depending on their settings, monitor, graphics program, vidcard...ooh the list is endless. Perhaps something to ponder before you go off 'half-steelcocked' on someone else.

Lastly, I would like to point out that "rude/harsh" and "constructive criticism" do not go hand in hand in any manner. If you normally don't like putting down other's work here, and do not enjoy being rude, I am not quite sure why I seemed like such an appealing target for both. To be rude and condescending is not constructive in any manner. I would hope the next time you feel the urge to speak in such a way to anyone else, you will refrain. It isn't productive, and your word choices could be quite wounding to the recipient. If someone has produced something you enjoy, by all means comment. If not, it would behoove all parties to go on your way quietly and seek out what you like instead.

I felt so bad reading your response to S.C. Nobody from Tenn. is a Southern Gent. That is always something you grow to be. Perhaps guru should be redefined as well. Actual art is not what looks pretty in a transcribed piece, like literature, it moves to actually express the emotions of the artist. It's not just something that's brought out to delight or turn on the viewer. It's not about getting off (take a note there s.c.) but about the view and the extent the artist is leading us. And Mae, you have always been an artist here. Nothing less, ever. I am glad you actually recognize this worth and say so. I can imagine it hasn't been easy to share so much of yourself with all of us.
