well, I know this might be out of the context of this thread, but if he had a normal penis and wanted to see more cockhead, he could get circumcised. Isn't that considered a safe, reliable way to change how a cock looks.?

I don't think he's dumb enough to not know about circumcision, but that's not what he's asking anyway...he's asking how he can make the head larger and more mushroom-shaped. Circumcision is a whole different ballgame, and had he said, "I'm uncircumcised and I'd like to change how my cock looks." someone probably would have suggested consulting a physician regarding the possibility of circumcision.

The difference between penis augmentation and other cosmetic or reconstructive surgery is vast...you can't compare them. For one thing, the procedures you've mentioned have been performed over and over for a very long time. They have been refined, there is a lot of knowledge about them, and they are relatively safe as far as surgeries go. Furthermore, they are operations on parts that are not packed with nerve-endings, can handle scar tissue relatively well, and whose functions are not so essential to quality of life. None of that is true for surgeries on the penis or clitoris (excluding circumcisions and other procedures that are relatively safe and commonly practiced). Penis enlargement surgery isn't done by many doctors, and is borderline safe...there's a huge risk of complications, and they occur frequently. Overall, it's far better to live with the genitalia you have than risk not having anything at all.

Technically, yes, but very few legit doctors, even ones who do enlargement surgery, will perform that procedure (glanular enhancement) because it frequently results in deformity and problems, as seen here:

"Complications relating to fat injections include disappearance of fat, penile lumps and nodules, shaft asymmetry and distortion, excess penile skin near the glans, and inadequate rigidity owing to excessive fat and an overly large base (usually when combined with the VY flap). It is possible

After a premature ejacuation problem was becoming progressivly worse, I consulted with my doctor who recommended doing an exercise that seems remarkably like kegels for women.

I had a tough time doing them even briefly at first, but eventually the muscles got stronger and the problem did go away.

One night, my wife commented that somehow it seemed " bigger", so of course I had to go measure.
Turns out that length is about 1/2 bigger, and girth went from 4.25" to just under 5".

So, it can be done, no cremes or products needed.
