This is the one thing I HATE about Maryland! Why do we have to have four seasons! I just want Summer and the 70 degree stuff. We skipped the 70s!
 
Fellow Marylander and resident of Delmarva, about 20 minutes from Ocean City, which after 22 years of working there is still a bit to close for my tastes :rolleyes:

I hear you. Appreciating colder weather more as I get older. Late fall can’t get here soon enough in my book. But today’s weather should be right up your alley.

Kind of feels like we might miss Fall altogether on Delmarva, but then again if it's like last year there won't be much of a winter here either!

I was there this past weekend. It’s amazing how much of a ripoff virtually every business is now. Far too overcommercialized and overpriced.

Sassy -- Thanks for your service! Yes, the Maryland thread has been quiet as of late -- perhaps you, with support from me and others, can spice it up a bit! Me: MWM, 59, in Silver Spring . . . . interested in a lot. . . .
 
I’ve been on here for years, and noticed an interesting dynamic when back again. Have been single for a few years, and content. No GF, no hook ups. And Ive been fine in that static groove. But now that I’ve been here a few weeks steady it’s like a light bulb has gone off. I’ve appreciated the spark it’s given me to reach out.

Hope everyone feels the same intrigue in their own way. This is a cool place to identify with like minded folks.

I haven't posted here in a while because I literally have nothing to post. Every day is the same thing. I hope we can spice things up here because real life is kind of a drag now.
Carroll County here ... not that anyone feels safe enough to meet these days. However, it might be fun to meet "neighbors".
