Looks like one more mini 'heatwave' before cooler weather moves in for good. Think I'm driving my colleagues batty with my disdain for temps in the 80's this time of year. I prefer it a bit more nippy!

These various Maryland threads seem to ebb and wane over the years. I have been on Lit for almost 20 years and my activity here, in truth, declined when I found Fetlife. I still came to read the stories but socially my needs were met through the munches and activities that were posted to Fet.
Now that my calendar is over full I with work, I found myself drawn back to Lit. However I have met only a few people in almost two decades from Lit, and have never gone to any Lit event.
I remain open minded!

This is 100% correct, and why I keep checking in from time to time to bump the thread and see the activity. Trying to keep it near the top so it can be found more easily. I have things going on right now in my life, but I have met a wonderful someone on here and we did have a chance for a shortened play session. Hopefully in the future there will be more (always open to chat until of course)

It seems as though real life gets in the way of our Lit universe. I've checked out FetLife, too, at the urging of a Lit friend. Made a couple on-line friends but that was about it.
As for this thread...been in touch with several folks with similar interest but time and travel constraints have proven to be a hindrance.
Oh well, I'll just keep on trying.

Haha I like this, we do have white a few shops that have Maryland merchandise with crab puns on them, this is the first I've seen this one though
