Maryland is for lovers?

Who is going to be hitting the cheery blossom festival over the next couple of weeks? Hopefully it will start to warm up soon.
 
Not actually planning this year to go, but I have been several times. im curious how they will fair with all the back and forth temp wise
 
They have revised the peak blossom dates a couple of Times. I guess that is why the festival runs till April 15. The parade was last Sunday. I probably won't go this year but cannot wait for the trees to start blossoming.
 
I wrote about this on the Virginia thread but anybody ever go to the Iris nightclub in Tysons Corner before it closed down. Interested in finding if there is another club like it in the area?

I've been there. It was nice. Without the dancing and music, add arcade games, billiards tables and after a specific time no kids allowed, Dave and Busters is an interesting spot.

When all else fails, the O Street Mansion in DC is good for a venture I hear. I've never been there but there's something there for EVERYONE. A very diverse crowd.

Thanks for the reply. The only problem with going into DC is parking. I just hate paying for parking. Most of the clubs in DC seem to more for the young, not middle age guys.

Take the metro. Park at the closest metro station and use that route. The O Street mansion has something for EVERYONE. Look it up. You can get a smart card at the station. You have unruly youths wherever you go. Don't let that be a deterrent.

There's a Dave and Buster's in Arundel Mills Mall-Hanover, MD, Baltimore county, White Marsh and Silver Spring.

The Metro is extremely convenient and there's so much to see along the line. Arundel Mills is awesome. Lots of fun places there as well.

I have a smart card and may check out the O Street Mansion sometime. I don't care about unruly youth but don't want to be the only dad looking guy in the place. Lol. Secrets down in OC is a lot of fun. Love the layout.

Have been to several Dave and Busters and enjoy playing the video games but looking more for a place I can dance. What guy does not enjoy holding a woman in his arms.

There is Live and medieval times at Arundel Mills but MGM is closer to me for gambling.
 
How is everybody doing on this saturday morning? Hope everyone has some fun plans for the weekend.
