Just a bump for all of the people in Maryland. The thread has quiet for a while. Must have been a busy long weekend for everyone.

The course in the story was in PG county. I grew up playing Sligo Creek and Northwestern. Would play at the UoMD on occasion but have not played any of those courses in years. I think about playing Sligo Creek again every-time I drive by it on the beltway.
Of course my game still has not improved after all these years.
