"Common law" is not some alternative to the judicial branch. It is what the judicial branch applies now. Common law provides no procedures that can work without a judge.

Those appear to have confused common law with natural law, i.e., something that can never change. Of course, any lawyer in a common-law jurisdiction will tell you the common law changes all the time.

It's not about him. The courts actually have not ruled on any criminality of the man.
Everything has been outside of court rhetoric by people ascribing their position.
Meanwhile....the administration is the issue here and continues to be.
No one is stopping the administration from deporting "illegals" except their incompetence

Yes, one man has been deported against court order.
And that has brought to a crawl.all the others.
If they would just deport with proper process, we wouldn't even be discussing this. Instead, they're just impatient and it's dumb. At this point, they won't hit anywhere near their intended numbers.
