He was granted a stay by a US immigration judge as protection from persecution from gangs. He has since married to an American citizen, has American children including a five year old with Autism, and holds a work permit. The point is, he has a work permit so how he entered is a moot point. Why would he have time to be in a gang? Even if the truth came out that he was in a gang, so what? The administration is prioritizing undesirables like that for deportation because there are limited resources at this point in time. The wife beating gangbanger who we learned this week was also involved in a suspicious traffic stop by the Tennessee Highway Patrol has been deportable for years. He should have been kicked out of the country a long time ago. Shame on Trump for missing the opportunity to boot Garcia during the first term. Glad he finally got it done.

Tie a yellow ribbon around a tree if you want him sent back to the US if it will make you feel better but it won’t change the reality. His days of living the American Dream are over.
