Mid 90's efficiency is incredible, although it seems the larger the system, the better the efficiency. I agree on the aroma/flavor fade of some of the really aromatic hops, Simcoe will be completely gone in 6 months, I don't know how the commercials keep it in theirs. Your consumption matches mine, 5 gallons last 4 weeks or so.
