Any woman I can lift up with one arm, does not have a big ass.. You, I can lift up with one arm. (And as I said, I'm a scrawny bastard.. imagine what the bigger guys can do )

On the subject of the new "booty" trend that seems to be sweeping the nation, I must say I that I am quite enjoying it while it lasts!

When I hit about age 17, the waif look was just starting to become the in thang, and Kate Moss' faced graced the cover of pretty much every teen magazine. It put a lot of pressure on me and many other teenaged girls. I have been fortunete to never have been overwieght, but all the media support that this fad garnered made me see myself in a less than flattering light.

Originating at 120 pounds, 5'5, and astoundingly fit, my family watched me quickly plumment to a mere 98 pound weakling who refused to consume anything more then four tablespoons (and yes, I was sure measure) of plain rice once a day, and several tins of tomato juice. On rare days that people around me didn't comment on how boney and malnutritioned I appeared, I took it as an panicked assumption that I must be gaining weight and would skip my rice regamin completly for the next two days .

This past summer I took a glimpse around my city only to notice that the tinee tiny waif-like creatures that once roamed the streets were now replaced with average sized beauties, proudly displaying their full bellies in tight, low hip huggers for all the world to see. I sincerely appreciate the influence that pop stars such Britney Spears and Bionce, (and of course, Jen Lopaz) have impacted with regards to body type. My only concern now is that this trend might evolve into an rapid obesity incline for those girls really pushing to achieve that booty-licious bod.
