If you work at a place that judged your body type, maybe you should re-think your career. Being seriously over weight is a health problem, but most women are not seriously over weight. I think it's crazy for a small woman to diet (lack of food). Being healthy in no way implies being skinny. Doesn't look flattering at all to me.
