Car? I don haff no stinkin car. Why use a backseat when I have an 8 foot bed? The rhino lining is a lil scratchy, but if we bring blankets that'll be okay. Oh yeah, and the spare tire might be in the way, but hey, it's something to sit on when I tie ya to the rollbar n lick ya all over hmmm? You wouldn't happen to have 5 rims that fit a 35x16.5 tire wouldja? I like American Racing aluminum rims. Dunno why, cause they're sexy I think.
 
Wouldn't ya think it would be a problem getting American Racing rims in Australia? Doesn't really matter anyway the car don't have to go for the backseat to be busy... hang on where are you going to tie me again?

See I knew you guys really want what us girls want to sometimes even more so. Love the truck. See you can be just like us caring and wanting fulfillment in relationships too. I love you guys thanks for all the response they were utterly awesome.
 
What you got KM, 83 Dodge, lift kit, KC lites, 2 million candle power spotlight, tube bumper, olive will look better than orange. Seriously, a girl that drives a truck is a great indicator that the girl is real and not caught up with material possessions. As far as looks, all beauty is fading, no matter what your plastic surgeon says. So I look for what is on the inside, intelligence, emotional stability, friendship. The sex is important, it does'nt have to be 9 1/2 weeks every night, just compatible. But friendship is probably the most important part, I will have a hard time spending the rest of my life with a person that I don't have fun with. To many things to list all of them here, but there are a few of mine.

Well baby, thats a 78 in the pic. I am a vehicular snob. I only do Powerwagons... and this stupid 97 ford f250 thing we picked up.

ANyway, MY baby is a 75 w250 longbed with a 440 cubic inches of pure throbbing interceptor power (it was free, the hemi cost cash). Dana 80 in back Dana 70 in front, tho I'm ashamed to say it has a chevy axle for the lock in/out hubs cause we all know that in the 70s powerwagons were full time 4wd. I intend to rectify that posthaste. NP208 gears baby gears!!!! 4:10 gear ratio, Detroit lockers... should I get positrac instead I wonder? Edelbrock hedders, Rochester carb...

oh gawd I'm drooooling here, gotta go admire my baby.

I better give the Snapon guy a call... I need more tools.

Oh please KM don't stop now, I am so close... anyway my F- 150 single cab, long bed, 4.0 liters of raw fury, XLT Lariat package, pw pl etc. That loses something there at the end.

Well I am not sure but was'nt Mr Hemmi one of the top engineers at Ford back in the 50's and 60's. Sure Dodge makes a good truck but come on they can't beat Fords.

I am going to post a response that lots of men will argue with. BUt I think it is true. One disclaimer from the outset. I represent the fortysomething view. THe twentysomething view may be different.
The claims of books like "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus" notwithstanding, I think that men are basically looking for the same thing that women are: To love and be loved in return.
It is certainly true that the average man is interested in the way that a woman looks. (By the way, one of the giant lies of all time is the constant implication that the recipricol is not true. If you doubt that women care about looks just be a dorky looking guy trying to get a date. Or sit and listen to a bunch of teenage girls talking about which guys are cute.)
But I think that most men are interested in a lot more than looks, especially in the context of the question as you asked it - a lifelong "significant other" relationship. I think that men have a need to be loved as much as men do - in much the same sense that women have a need to achieve in exactly the same sense that men do. Men are dramatically less likely to admit this need - especially to each other - than women are. But the need remains valid nonetheless.
(Just for the record there is an unwritten rule in man-dom. YOu never talk about feelings or needs. Certainly not weaknesses. If you do the other guys will think you are weird and won't talk to you for six months. Work is okay. Sports are okay. But not things like needs. THat doesn't mean, however, that those needs don't exit.
So, with that bit of boring philosophical introduction, I would say that the perfect woman is caring and compassionate. With a strong sense of romance and mystery. A woman who has the intelligence and wisdom of an adult but hasn't lost the sense of wonder and magic that each of us inherits as a child. A woman who can sit down and intelligently discuss the history of Rome or the current presidential race ... but still understands why it is fun to hold your arms up on a roller coaster. The perfect woman is responsible but spontaneous. Caring and forgiving. Willing to make compromises and take interest in my interestes ... but also willing to stand her ground and insist that I take interest in hers. THe perfect woman thinks that it is spectacular that flowers exist in the world. Understands why planes fly, but is amazed by the fact anyway. THe perfect woman claims she likes my cooking and crys when the heroine dies in La Boheime and doesn't think that weird. Or doesn't think it's weird if I do to. THe perfect woman understands the value of a relationship and is willing to WORK at making one grow through time. The perfect woman understands the unique value of loving and being loved in return. And, by the way, its good if the perfect woman is attractive.

As for what is found, I talk with very few men who feel that they have found a relationship that is fulfilling. To be fair, most of us guys are terrible at doing much of anything to make them better.
