Dammmmmmmm cold!! had to go to the store and take my son to the dr...just had some hot chocolate to warm up.....going to have soup for supper....25 below here tonite!!!

Your lucky then....my lover will come in the spring again...he's been here a few times in the winter and had some bad trips....he lives where it's warm and hates the cold.....so I just wait and wait

Dropping in from warm and sunny India to hug my shivering dolls...
I too will soon be back in Germany and it is freezing there..
Have almost recovered, but still have a nagging cough, which I hope disappears by the time I have to leave...
Will be able to check in on you more regularly when i log on daily, while at work...
Huddle and cuddle and hibernate till the cold blows over... Cipha and Jo-Jo.. hugs and kisses to you both...
grabs a cuppa, sips it at leisure while the ladies snuggle under the blankies... lol
and slips out leaving kisses and hugs sprinkled to keep them busy collecting when they come to the kitchen for hot beverages...

It was 30 below here y/d but above zero today and going to warm up a little....
I sure did hibernate y/d didn't even stick my nose out the door....hope your feeling better....got to check in with my Dr today...

Arrived safely, but my bag missed the connection in Paris... hopefully they will deliver it to me tonight...

Nice to know both of you are hibernating well and will be full of pep and beans when spring comes in a few weeks from now... I know, looking outta the window it might seem years away...
Obama got off to a start with a big bang and I just watched him kill lobbyists with his executive order on ethics.. let's hope he is able to turn around the economy and ignite hope with the change he has promised...

Oh, BTW, don;t remember, if I told you but I populated the aviary with more birds now... to the 20 pairs of budgies and 3 pairs of finches I had, (Lost one budgie to an eagle talon's and another died soon after, not sure of heartbreak or an unseen injury... hung a dead eagle which seemed to deter more visitors... and also installed a ring inside which the birds prefer to perch on and stay away from the cage mesh now).. I brought another 26 pairs including a medley of African Love birds, silver spotted miniature doves, chocolate grey spotted miniature doves, cream cocktails, grey cocktails, zebra finches, chestnut finches, jumbo finches, java finches,,, (one died in the 10 hr travel)
so now there are 76 birds...
The finches look cute when they settle in the nests and pots in the tree..
a real cool way to kill time is watching their endless and restless flitting around...

OMG you really do have quite the avairy...I hope you get some pictures to show...they all sound lovely and how I would enjoy having something like that to watch....my 6 parakeets do keep me entertained and no room for any more
Yes I do think Obama will take charge and get this country back on track again.....it was a very historic day watching all the coverage yesterday
