My ancestor is scarier than your ancestor.

The cat was born in the hay store of a local stable, so we aren't too sure of his blood line, we have however just managed to convince him he's not really a horse.

I hope you've stopped riding him. Now that he knows, he won't be able to stand the weight.

I'm a sausage person, not a tuna-lover.

Now yer talking!

Hmmm....I'd have to disagree...definately not a sausage lover.....except for my own I guess...I spend so much time with it I guess I'd better love it

There's some pretty evil people in the family tree of The Darkness....my mom's a geneologist and among my ancestors and cousins are Goebles (second cousin) Himmler (second cousin) Wilhelm I (direct descendant of a bastard child...and coincidentally is the Bush family and a few other presidents). There's also a good likely hood of having a little Attila the Hun in the family back ground, as well as (if the Mormon geneological records can be believed) James, the brother of Jesus of Nazareth.

Not that James was that evil...just saying he's there.

A whole bunch of other royalty, too. As well as some Mayflower settlers and some other intrepid folks fleeing for their lives from Europe.

You're related to the Bush family?

This just now from David Letterman on Late Night: "If it's true that Bush has had a nose job this year, it's the first new job he's created since he's been in office."

Heehee.

ROFLMAO!! Awesome!

~lucky:D

I prefer to think of it as the Bush family being related to me. And yeah, I felt all dirty admitting that...but hey, that's what this thread is all about.

Besides, he's like a 6th cousin or something...I'm more closely related to Queen Elizabeth than I am to GW.

It's okay, honey. Group hug.

Feeling grateful that my ancestor was just a puritan lunatic witchhunter.

The only known famous relative in my family is Betsy Ross, I am a direct descendant. (For those who don't know, she is credited for creating the very first American flag. The one with 13 stars on it.) The rest were just regular unknown people of every continent on earth, and few were even bums. LOL

Dirt Man, nothing wrong with that! Everyone should have a little bum in their history...

Besides Betsy Ross is cool.

My dad liked to divide our family tree into "the sane ones" and "the stew bums."

Sorry, you still get the Eternal Burnings. Original sin, etc.

Sweetheart, I was trying to tell you gently; my ancestor already preached there's no such thing as eternal burnings. :D

Aztec ancestry here. You know, human heart sacrifice, etc. Oh, but we had civilization and big cities way before England. And we invented the concept of zero.

Damn the Spics,

Perdita

Perdita, you made me choke on a french fry.

Predominately, I'm Irish, German, and Scotish with a little Welsh thrown in for good measure. After careful consideration I've decided that I'm a genetic alcoholic that hates the English and the French.

Gee, I can't tell if that was good or bad. If bad, sorry. I like the English, but glad I'm not, nor French (have had Fr. friends but in general they put me off.)

Perdita :)
