Hmm - well, I learned a few things from the Marines too - but I'm not gonna do an upper cut to your jaw, bring my fist down over the bridge of your nose and then knee you in the nuts............maybe those "squat thrusts" will be a better idea.

I do soooo need to work on not blurring the lines between my innocent look and my "come and get it" look.

You need a fire put out? I happen to be quite knowledeable in fire suppression - and very good at handling a fully charged hose. But are you sure you want the fireplace shut down? - we've still got weanies and marshmallows to roast and what with nightfall coming - it's liable to get a bit cold in here again.

I have no doubt of your skills and abilities, but I was under the impression that you were already in the process of trying to put (my) a fire out.

I'm certain that the heat emanating off of me right now would be more than enough to roast any weenie or marshmallow, but i guess we can let the fire burn. There might be others in here who are not quite as warm as me right now.
