This is my first "grown up" house with a fireplace and we have a fire in it almost every night. I just LOVE it! So yes, I love a warm fire.

I slept for 13 hours. My kids woke me up at midnight to give me a kiss and a hug. Our house backs up to a lake and all our neighbors were setting off fireworks. I watched a few from bed with the kids and fell right back to sleep.
Nothing to write home about but, it was really nice.
