Maybe cryptic was the wrong word. I just meant it wasn't a very good poll, not giving enough options. I don't think it was masturbatory, but the choices were bias. Polls usually have opposing choices.

Then call a spade, a spade, DVS. :D It was a crap poll.

It was totally, if not in the literal sense, then the figurative one. It was all about them, either you say they're great, or nuts (which she would have dug anyways) or you say you wanna be like them.

Yay! :nana:

A bit of advice, if this is your PYL's way of training, I would give them a miss. This is a forum, not a blog....if they are not smart enough to figure that out, and thoughtful enough to not to try and force this junk onto others who have not consented to being part of your relationship, nor witness to it, then they obviously lack the necessary manners and smarts for dominating. There are multitudes of ways to blog online, but then again you would have to wait to build up a follwing, assuming it would be discovered and followed anyway....coming here to force it on us is not considerate, nor a good way to introduce yourselves. Yuk, I so dislike this way of supposed dominating and training.

Communicate, communicate, communicate! Preferably as clearly and (reasonably) concisely as possible.

Huh?

It didn't make me want to rub up on anything, so I wouldn't call it masturbatory either.

and feed back is usually 1 word.

You're doing all this with Mr R and your husband knows nothing about it? That's showing a lot of disrespect for him as well.

I rather meant in the particularly self indulgent kind of way, not in the 'I wanna wank' kind of way.

;)

So... Did somebody already make the obligatory Men At Work reference? Cuz I scrolled through, but I'm just not seeing it here... (Also, do I need to apply for a Literotica ellipsis license or something? Still a newbie here. Learnin' the groundrules, of which it appears there are many.)

Most of the "rules," per-say, quite easily fall under the "Don't be a douche" category. The rest are equally distributed between the "Don't be an asshat" category and the "Don't be a wanker" category... And that's "wanker" in the non-literal, jack-off sort of way.

But hands-in-the-pants? We love and encourage that.

This is a discussion board. Get a blog for this kind of thing. Kthanxbi.

Yes, blogs are what you are looking for I think.

Try “fetlife”, it’s a blogish thing for kinky people.

This place is more for topics such as, “I really like word play, like when I have to say what I want to him, do you guys like language stuff in your BDSM?”

I have language problems when I hit subspace. That's why god made cat toys on a string!

Is that what you mean?
:D

As long as it's not pants-on-the-ground.
