This year, our apple trees did not get pollinated and produced no fruit. I am going to have to plant new pollinator trees to ensure future crops. I may even have to go start bee keeping.

Growing your own fresh fruit is far less fun when you are one of the last growers in the immediate vicinity.

I have about 15 large brush piles to burn off, and now that we have 4 inches of snow on the ground, I am pissed off because I did not arrange for the track loaders to be there and I did not call the Fire Department to let them know we are burning.

Now I have to wait for the next snow, or hope this one lasts 3 days.
