Coming out shortly. Judging from the commercials, it's gonna be a must-see. Incredible views, musics, sounds, battle scenes, elves, dragons...
One of those films where you sit with a dropped chin for 1½ hours...

Yeah, The Dungeon and Dragons movie, which I have not seen, is supposed to suck out loud. Also, it came out some time ago.

Geting back on topic: I remember reading a story here on Lit in the non-human section about a man that chould change into any kind of animal. For some reason it wasn't booted to the extreme section.

Judging from the the stories already in the non-human section, I don't think a story featuring a human with a centaur, wemic, bariaur, or some kind of therianthrope ("animal man" in English) would get moved to the Extreme section.

In my hometown, we have this movie critic who gets published in the local newspaper every now and then, and you can tell that it's going to be a good film if he's criticized it. If he likes it - don't waste your money.

Also I'm glad you didn't mind me calling your bf a snob!

Sad to say, I have to agree with those who feel the D&D movie was one of the worst of all time. I rate it right down there with Highlander 2 and Quest for Camelot, and if I'm ever privileged to meet Jeremy Irons, I'm going to smack him in the chops for it.

I've been a gamer for 21 years and, though I switched systems away from D&D long ago, was looking forward to this. Aha, gamers get big-screen legitimacy! Pff ... gamers get munchkin drek that bored my seven-year-old.

Thank God for LOTR!

Flicka -- I'd advise seeing it if you absolutely feel you must, but don't pay full evening prices!

Some half human half animal hybrids that I know of are:

Centaur: Human upper body attatched to the body of a horse at the neck (of the horse, I mean.)

Wemic: Basically the same thing as a centaur, but instead of a horse body, it has a lion body.

Bariaur: Again, basically a centaur, but with a goat's body instead of a horse's.

And then there are werewolves and all thier kin, such as werebears, wererats, and my personal favorite, weretigers.

My source for all these is the Dungeons and Dragons books. If you know somebody who plays D&D, you might ask to borrow thier Monster Manual.

Anyways, I'll post some more human-animal hybrids if I think of them.

Chicklet - a tip for you!

In a story by fantasy cartoonists Richard & Wendy Pini, there's this group or mermaid elves living under water, and one of them is a female who, instead of having the lower body in the shape of a fish tail, has a lower body in shape of an octopus!

Imagine what she could do with those tentacles on a female lover... Something for the non-human part of your Survivor stories?

I don't know, since it was part elf, part mermaid-ish... I thought it would be a non-human.

In Japan, there's a whole genre of tentacled monsters raping human girls. It's called Hentai.

Maybe this belongs in Non-consent?
Or maybe I have just invented a whole new category?

True, an elf is not a human. I guess I was thinking more along the lines of centaurs, and other similar creatures, mentioned in the past.

And, I'm not sure if any authors care about this part, but if the Centaur has sex with anyone, the story may make its way over to Extreme/Non Human since he will have a horse's penis on him.

I was riding over the weekend while my friend and I sat to enjoy a picnic lunch our horses got a bit frisky and the end result was a mounting. when I saw the size of the horses penis it did bring a tear to my eye and a lump in the trousers of my companion that just had to be soothed so while we made love on our blanket the sound of the horses mating was a real turn on.

just thinking about putting this into a story some how but it will probably end up on my own pages but we will see
