As close to real world as I can get...I just finished photographing a cookbook! Not a nekid female to found in the damn thing but was a blast to do anyway...I have some friends who just moved to Alabama, close enough to Nasville to drive there easily. They like Nashville but the small town in Alabama is going to drive them nuts....

I'm working downtown and making the long commute every day. It's really interesting work, but getting there and back is a pain in the neck (cause I live in the suburbs). I leave before 6am and rarely get home before 7pm, doesn't leave much time for lit.

How do? Long time no hear! So your in Tn now instead of Ct? Or is that part of the same area? You better give me the low down, as i'm just a local aussie surfer boy - who doesnt know his way around the states to well!
So things are a little more low key in Tn than in Cali hey? Is that a good or bad thing? If from the sounds of it - your gonna be popping one out soon maybe its a good thing huh?
Perth, West Australia where i am is ok... been on holdays over the last week. Been on this island just off the coast (20kms off the mainland) and it was fantastic. Was surfing everyday at this kick arse place called Strickland Bay - sum fkn awesome waves happening there... plus just swimming, skin diving, lazing in the sun... ahhh its what life is all about!!! Just such a shame it had to end, and i'm now back to the grindstone!

no not at all the same area.... and y Tn over Ct... well been helping muh sister out with her kids for a long ass time they were living in Cali wiff me but wanted to put them closer to there mom ... just to let her see them once in a blue moon,,,,

Yeh LTGR, it was good fun. But i was away with the outlaws... so it was fun, but not "alltime" as such. Plus as i didnt have surfer mates, there so it was a bit of a bummer... But the wave at Stricko's cranks so well, who cares if your out there on your own. Not that your often by yourself - theres always a handful of other surfers out there to.
The wave is a beaut reef break, that curls nicely both left and right. The right is a bit steeper and narly, but you can get a nice tube if you hang the right. If you take the left - it just walls up for ages and you get an unreal ride - nice and long, but you gotta bail before the end - you dont want to end up on shallow sharp reef.
Its nearly always got a wave there too. Its the best spot close to Perth where i am. Rottnest island is about 17km's off the mainland, and on a good day by ferry only takes you 20-30 mins to get accross to the island. But then you've got a 6 - 7km push bike ride carrying your surfboard out to the spot known as Strickland Bay. But hey it is worth it. Always good - unless of course the winds have chopped it up. But if its an early morning - your almost guaranteed a pearler!!!
