I just want to see you make another excuse now, these are hilarious :D

strike 2....

You know I'm a Viking, we don't consider going to the underworld a bad thing despite that Valhalla is a fair bit nicer. The term "damn" can almost be applied here too as the English term Hell is of course based on the name for our goddess of the underworld, Hel, so if that fits, "damn" must too

*grins and laughs* very well, I accept your excuse

You sure you don't want more, Miss? (FYI, while the use of the term "damn" in this context is completely random, the rest is of course true. The Norse Mythology is wicked:D)

Alright tell me more, I am a sucker for mythology of all types

As much as I love The Office (I often wish to have a Jim-Pam relationship), I've decided to watch Fringe instead. I didn't realize Pacey from Dawson's Creek was on this! Also, the female lead is quite the looker. Tall, blonde, strong.

It is build up like any other religion, based on stories of creation, of life after death and like most older believes tries to explain why nature is like it is. And needless to say, it wont make much sense in the rest of the world as it is based on a very Scandinavian/Germanic fondation with the animals and the Gods and Goddesses.

The cast of fringe was at the comic convention that I went to last year

(I feel like Wikipedia right now:rolleyes:)
There are two stories regarding what the world really is;
The most common is that the world is a giant tree and on the different brances there are different worlds. There is a squirrel running from the bottom to the top of the tree with news between a dragon-like creature that's eating the root of the tree and a rooster. It's all very odd :/

a sexy wikpedia

wow, thats sounds like a much better belief system than some guy who could walk on water

So Fringe is totally nerdy, right?

I love it, and it's definitely sci-fi. Kind of a new X-Files, but I saw an article that it's on the edge of being cancelled.

I would hate to lose my Fringe, I really love that series.

Oh my, are you hitting on me Miss? :p

I think it is, and while they may not have been able to turn water into wine, they have a goat -Heidrun- in Vahalla from which they can milk Mead

I think the line is "Are you trying to seduce me?" :D and yes, yes I am

Goat wine?! fantastic

Oh, my bad. Although you're not that much older than me if your profile is right, Miss ;)

Mead is like beer but made on honey.

No, I'm not much older, but hey, if I
m going to be a Mrs Robinson, it just matters that I'm older

I stand corrected...but I'm not wrong >_>
