This comes from breaking both. Repeatedly. They click very loudly when I rotate them. But I can type fine. And do a lot of things.

But Jars? I can twist the pickle lid so tight that the threads will show from the tin lid. Same with Bottles of coke.

mine are worst when I'm in a weird possition, such as pulling out a bolt from behind something

but mine click from the tendons moving over eachother
so if I've got my hand in the wrong possition when the snap over each other it can sometimes nearly bring me to my knees
thankfully I figured out which possitions it happens the most in

Yeah, you do get in shape pretty quick.. It's the first time in my life I gained weight without a growth spurt involved. I went from being 125 pounds to 147 after 6 months of construction.

After my ex left me, I lost weight again.. I dropped back down to 130, where I stayed for a year or so... I'm slowly gaining it back.. still, 147 is the most I've ever weighed.

175 is the most I ever weighed. At no point has working out or any physical activity dropped my weight, Other than Kickboxing.

I am the only person in the world who gained weight doing marathons. I want to be 180 though. Don't care how. But I do need to hit the gym. Losing tone.
