Wow. Ok so it's morning now and I'm still up. Woth some 200 liters of adrenalin it feels like in my body, (50 Gallons or so for you foolish imperial people, and yes this is gross exaggeration.)
After work turned out to be the closest to heaven I've come without a person, or an auto accident/being the victim of hit and run.
I think I broke my finger, but since the swelling is going down a mere 12 hours later and it only aches terribly I will assume I bruised it, with possible strain.
I watched Miami Vice playing a wonderful drinking game, and did much work on threads in a house by myself. Since it's been two weeks since I've got some REAL time to myself without distractions, (even VERY welcoem ones,) this was good. add to this some good drinks, A laptop to watch movies and post and be alone. And a 1 kilo (2.27 lb.) sandwich called the lumberjack. Close to heaven.
Now I just want sleep and I'm still hyped up after everything I did and got done.
So to the nerd thread where I see Tattoos. normally and still, I think that this is a foolish idea. Just damn stupid. I point to the PSA of Red Vs. Blue for my proof on this, whereupon it is mathmatically proved that you are an idiot of you get a tattoo.
This said I have spent about 1200 dollars in concept art for one tat that I still do not have. And I want about 25.
Most are very simple and only one is nerd cred. I have a lot of family, and I'd like to put each name in my left calf. For my mother and Each sibling.
I have a number of people I call family. Who I've known for years and each name will go in my right calf.
there is a GF or Summon if Final Fantasy 8 called brothers. And my younger brother and I plan to get on our biceps (My right, his left) the corresponding ones. I would be getting Sacred. He would get Minotaur.
There are assorted symbols to my life that I respect and would consider placing on my body. Words that mean something to me. Love, The Maple Leaf, The Iron Cross.
Finally I have a spirit, or avatar or something. But a persona of me that I believe is me. And that has cost a lot of money in concept art and would cover the majority of the right of my back.
Will any of these happen, not likely, I can't bring myself to that. But Despite my earlier attempts at humor, I do respect those that get them done, when they're for a reason. When something means something to someone, I can only respect that belief, no matter what I think.
But if you put barbed wire on your Bicep cause everyone else did, you're a moron. And paying for surgery in ten years too.
