Well, been careful not to mention Army Girl. My room mate, who is also a friend of the girl's, has managed to avoid mention too, and has generally helped me figure out what clothes to wear and how to interpret the girl's actions.

So, we went to church today, then had lunch, and afterwards, went back to her dorm so I could shine her boots. Did a pretty decent job, and got an unexpected hug out of it.

Ahh, boot shining, the most uniquely military display of affection.:rolleyes:

... I am a man of neither wealth nor taste.

I am, however, most definitely, a geek.
I found this thread through meeting one of the regular posters elsewhere here (hi, Reiha :)) and after poking through the thread a bit, decided that I fit the bill, and so should introduce myself.

My qualifications are as follows: I am a gamer (both tabletop and video), an avid fan of SF and Fantasy (film or print, it's all good), I write vampire fiction for fun, and construct (well, am in the process of constructing) dioramas for my Star Wars action figures and vehicles.

Not only do I freely admit my geekiness, but I am proud of it. This seemed like a place where like-minded people congregate. So, greetings and felicitations, my fellow geeks!

I play video games frequently,
I've been playing them since I was 2 years old.
I first mastered the original Mario Bros on NES when I was young,
and since then I have been an avid gamer.
I'm mostly into online computer games now,
but I still dive into my old consoles every now and then!

I'm into photography which is a big hobby for me, and I play guitar!
I suck at math, but I love photoshop! Haha.

So... hello everyone!

You are like the fifth person who commented on my name and that song, which I'd never heard, so I went and DL'd it.
If I'd known there was a song with that name, I might've done something different....

I'm working till 8 again on Friday. The GF is coming on Thursday, weather permitting, and I get paid Friday. I also work Saturday, 9-5, so we'll see. I should be up for pho or something, anyways.

Okay. That's what I thought ( It's been a while since I have..um...seen..and rented hentai..so I'm a little out of shape with my knowledge lately)
