New Baby

TN Congratulatiuons

Congratulations on the new baby....... passing tn a cigar.... hee hee just don't smoke in the hospital. glad to hear everyone is fine......
 
soooooooooooooooooo...we want details of the first night with the new baby..........was she perfect????? I bet she was!

as for the first night...when we finally got her (I resorted to begging and pleading and it worked lol) the wife fed her then she was all mine...we rocked...talked (well mostly me because she can not talk yet, and well I talk A LOT lol)..I sang to her (poor child, someday big sister will teach her how to ask daddy not to sing without hurting his feelings lol) and we danced...it was nice...

I had music on all day yesterday...I remember my wife pushing to My Kind of Town/Chicago (Sinatra of course) then I remember dancing to Theme from New York New York...which song was the baby born to? hmmm I do not remember to be honest...but it was Sinatra..probably the best is yet to come or my way if I know that CD as well as I think I do... It was great..she is great...I had to come home to get some things then I have an apointment downtown, then it is back to the baby for me...I have held her most of the morning.... and I tell ya..after holding her all night and all morning then picking up your 3 yeard old...WOW! lol I feel like I got my workout twice today lol (yes I jogged yesterday and did weights this morning lol) well any way I am rambling...tonight is daddy-daughter night...the oldest and I are gonna do all sorts of fun stuff..so I will see you all later..
huggssss and thanks again....thanks to you to bb for starting this...this is now one of my favorite places to hang out....

Oh tn I am so thrilled for you!!! I just got to the thread but loved hearing that news!! LOL baby blue and I were just telling everyone at the same time. You are the happiest man in the world right now and one of the luckiest. I wish you and your family all the best. I do know that song...I love it...you know me.I am a music kinda guy...last night she and I sat in the rocker...lights low...I put in a cd...let it softly play in the background while I rocked and looked at her...

I see trees of green, red roses too

well..I was quoted twice as saying..she looks like me only cuter...and she is even more perfect than I am which is a big thing since I set the bar so high and all... lol...she is perfect...she has the cutest little chubby cheeks...and her arms...she is a sweetheart..I think I p'ved off the inlaws...I think they thougth I was hogging her...no one ever asked to hold her so....not my fault lol...she is great...

Big sister is loving it..we talked about it all the way home...she and I are going to watch a movie and do girly stuff (I am in for fun here..if I show up later with my toenails painted and hair in pigtails know it was for a good cause)...she is loving it...we will see what happenes tomorrow when we are all back here together... as for a name...she is "tn's baby girl"
