New Jersey Rocks!!

Angel - wonderful to see that another Lit member enjoys the days of summer, fall, spring and winter. Pleasure cums in all seasons - one only needs to be receptive.

Rain, Rain, Rain

I cannot believe how hard it is now raining in Morris County. Nothing but rain all month. Was in upstate NY the last weeks of July visiting small towns, meeting wonderful people - return to Jersey and it RAINS!!! Now, as a person with many and diverse interests a week of rain is OK. But this is too much. Went off hiking earlier, got rained on, headed out on my bike yesterday afternoon, 10 miles from home - got rained on - the story continues. Streams too high to fly fish comfortably, surf fishing is not wise when Thunderstorms are forcast. Settling in to an evening of fly tying and setting up a new rod I am building. -
Of course, I will be checking Lit Board for some stimulating posts and, hope ever burning eternal, searching for that special Jersey Gal.
Anybody want to learn how to tie fishing flies?

Well in those you don't have to worry about rain as much. Isn't it covered?

Evening kotori, where do you live now?
Kentucky.

Last time I was at the G.S. Arts Center, I saw James Taylor (probably around 1977). I saw Dylan at the Garden in '74 and '79, and Petty at Rutgers-Kilmer Campus. Also a while ago.

yes the seats in the center are covered. I saw a concert there in a thunderstorm once. The power went out for a few seconds but the performer was using acoustic so it didn't realy matter.

Mmmmmmmmm back from Wildwood and yes folks I am a bit tanner...;) Had a wonderful time and now it is back to the old grind...bump and grind that is...:p :p Ok now I heard someone was from Westfield...lmao your my neighbor...look up sweetie you might see me....After all I am tall...

Cat Eyes - Just checked your pic thread. Thanks for the view, made my day. How about posting a few on the NJ thread.

Got to agree on the Dylan comments. Fantastic song writer, lackluster performer.

Located outside Morristown. Anyone nearby?

Big change! Miss Jersey at all?

Nowadays it's called the PNC arts center, everything is named after a bank now. I don't get it.

Thank you Fly. :) Not sure this would be the right place to post pics. I'm easy enough to find.
